The residential elevator makes it easy to go between the three levels in case you choose to forgo the stairs.

We supply luxurious and eco-friendly Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion for your stay. We'll get you started with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, but if you're staying more than a weekend you likely will need to bring or buy more.

1 Gbps + a mesh network ensures strong coverage throughout the home.

🚗 Parking:
Space for 4 medium-sized cars in the driveway.

A 22” Weber Master Touch charcoal grill is available for use.

Please note that in booking our property that you agree to:

-No parties or events inside or on the property. Violation of this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

-No smoking, no vaping inside or on patios.

- 2 Adult Dogs Maximum - Less than 50lbs (Pet Fee Required) - No Puppies

-Show respect to the community. Keep the noise level after 10PM at a minimum.

-This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

-A maximum of 14 guests, excluding infants, for your stay.

-Leaving the property in a reasonably clean condition, including removal of trash and taking trash out if staying over on Sunday night.

-Report any damage from your stay prior to check-out.

-A minimum $300 fee will be charged if house rules are not followed and a claim will be filed with Airbnb.

-If a elevator service technician is called as a result of not following the basic instructions a $500 service fee will be assessed to the guest.
