Die Lage ist durch die Staubentwicklung der Straße stark beeinträchtigt. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Nur die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer sind unbequem, da es auch keine Sessel gibt. Die Betten sind durchgelegen. Topflappen sind nicht vorhanden.

Das Ferienhaus Schwarz ist sehr zu empfehlen! Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht für ein paar Tage am Meer! Die Bilder von der Einrichtung sind nicht mehr ganz aktuell! Ich empfehle den Link zum virtuellen Rundgang auf der Anzeigenseite vom Haus. :) Das Haus hat ringsum neue Möbel bekommen! Schöne und sehr bequeme Betten in den Schlafräumen, neue Möbel und eine große Wohnlandschaft im Wohnzimmer sowie ein neuer Esstisch mit Stühlen in der Küche! Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich! Genug Platz für 4 Personen! Das einzige was mir persönlich etwas fehlt ist eine Waschmaschine ^^ aber die fehlt mir immer in jedem Urlaub! :) und WLAN ist noch nicht verfügbar. Was mich persönlich überhaupt nicht gestört hat weil ich normalen Handy Empfang hatte! :) Der Strand ist einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt (ca. 10 min entspanntes spatzieren) und Kaufhaus Stolz nur 400m! Jeder der mal vom Alltag abschalten möchte ist hier genau richtig! Ich/wir komme/n wieder! <3

Wir sind gern wieder in diese Unterkunft gekommen. Leider sind die Gazefenster noch immer nicht repariert und die Toilettenspülung für das "kleine Geschäft" im Bad ist noch immer defekt und die Spülverkleidung fällt manchmal ab. Der Brötchenaufsatz beim Toaster ist kaputt und im Wohnzimmer fallen am Fenster rechts, neben dem Fernseher, die Gardinen ab. Die Reinigungsgeräte sind im Raum-privat versteckt und wurden nur durch Zufall von den Kindern gefunden. Die Fernbedienng des Fernsehers funktioniert nicht immer (Batterien)? Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die Zimmervermittlung konnten bei einem verirrten Ball auf dem Nachbargrundstück sehr schnell Hilfe organisieren.

Sehr schöne Fewo mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Allerdings fehlt es an Moskitonetze, vor allem an den Türen zur Terrasse. Die anderen müssten auch mal ausgetauscht werden (sind leider schon nicht mehr dicht). Leider war die Wohnung in einigen Bereichen (Geschirr, Gläser, Tisch sowie in den Schränken) nicht alles so sauber wie man es sich wünschen würde. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist das fehlende WLAN, was wir natürlich bei der Buchung wussten. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung .

Der Fußboden war nicht sauber, ein Kopfkissen hat gefehlt. Schade, dass die Wohnung nicht sauber genug war um sich wohl zu fühlen. Zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum.
