Immerse yourself in the exclusive vacation experience of "Harborfront," a unique 52 m² oasis located just steps from the water, offering breathtaking views of the harbor and the picturesque Schlei fjord.
This vacation apartment is particularly appealing thanks to its loft-style living and dining area, which, with its partially floor-to-ceiling windows, is invitingly bright and welcoming at any time of day.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen becomes the heart of convivial cooking evenings, while the high-quality furnished sleeping area with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV ensures restful nights.
For added comfort, the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests, as well as a spacious bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower.
The true highlight of the "harbor front" apartment is the balcony, which offers fantastic views and is perfect for relaxing moments with a glass of wine. Here you can unwind at the end of the day while watching the lively activity in the harbor.

The accommodation is located in the Klabautermann building at the OstseeResort Olpenitz, right next to the Edeka supermarket.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartement war super inkl. der gesamten Organisation um die Ferienwohnung. Nur eine Sache war nicht so gut,und zwar das Sofa im Wohnbereich. Das ist komplett durchgesessen. Aber das nur am Rande.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Abstellraum für die E-Bikes .Super

Kurzurlaub

Zur Anreise ist folgendes zu sagen: DerSchlüssel ist recht schnell gefunden. Das Apartment nicht! Keinerlei Ausschilderung am Haus! Also fröhliches suchen bei Regen und Dunkelheit. Richtig schlecht gemacht! Da der Fahrstuhl,wie im Inserat beschrieben ,kaputt ist schleppt man alles zwei Treppen rauf. Das Schlafzimmer ist dunkel und klein. Es liegt zum Parkplatz raus. Also Fenster öffnen nicht möglich. Jeder der in sein Apartment auf der Etage geht kann direkt auf das Bett schauen. Kopfkissen und Bettdecke sind unterirdisch. Beschämend für den Mietpreis. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist unbequem. Außerdem frage ich mich wie 4 Personen darauf Platz finden sollen. Kaffeemaschine völlig verkalkt. Wasserkocher neu! Küche komplett und sauber. Badezimmer sauber mit guter Dusche. Wasserdruck reicht zum Haare waschen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Perfekter Urlaub, tolle Wohnung. Saubere und sehr schöne Wohnung. An der Sauberkeit des Balkons, vor allen an der Außenfassade oberhalb des Wohnzimmerfensters (Spinnen und Spinnweben) und des Bodenbelags des Balkons könnte mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Auch innerhalb des offenen Treppenhauses wimmelte es vor Spinnweben und Vogeldreck. Leider wurde dies innerhalb unserer Urlaubswoche nicht einmal entfernt. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr erholsam wir haben die tage in dem olpenitz resort super genossen das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat die betten waren nicht so bequem und das klaüüsofa war gar nicht bequem

Einfach nur laut!

Einfach nur Laut. Jeden Morgen gegen 5:30 wird man vom schlagen der Autotüren, dem surren der Verladebühnen an LKWs und deren Motoren geweckt. Direkt unter den Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Installationsfirma welche Lieferungen erhält, und diese auf ihre Fahrzeuge verteilt. Der unmittelbar angrenzende Parkplatz wie auch der Edeka Markt verstärken den Lärm. Ansonsten ist die FeWo sehr schön. Die direkt unter dem Balkon befindliche Hafen-Promenade haben wir auch nicht als störend empfunden. Die Mitarbeiter von PORT 54, welche wir kennen gelernt haben waren alle hilfsbereit und nett. Trotzdem würden wir diese Wohnung aufgrund ihrer Lage, nicht noch einmal mieten.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Appartement mit Blick auf die Schlei. Bei unseren Spaziergängen in Olpenitz haben wir Bänke, sowie Unterstellmöglichkeiten vermisst. Auch ist nur eine Pizzeria und im Edeka ein Bistro vorhanden.

Urlaub in Olpenitz

Die Ferienwohnung lag mit Blick auf die Schlei sehr schön, allerdings habe ich den roten Massagesessel vermisst, der auf den Fotos angegeben war. Das war mit ein Grund, das wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben. Leider gibt es in Olpenitz nur eine Pizzeria und im Edeka ein Bistro. Auch haben wir bei unseren Spaziergängen Bänke vermisst.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage. Sehr viel Lob im Punkt sauberkeit alles super sauber. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles sehr unkomplizierter mit dem Check in alles ganz einfach zu handhaben . Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön Spaziergänge sind ein Traum am Strand . Ein Negatives muß aber angesprochen werden . Die Ansässige Installations Firma im Ergeschoss beginnt leider zu 7.00 Uhr mit beladen der Firmen Fahrzeuge . Auch die Lieferungen des Großhandels an die Firma ist sehr laut und störend weil darüber die Schlafzimmer sind. Mit freundlichen Grüßen S.Plonske

Olpenitz Urlaub

Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Region ist sehr schön, viele Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr gut und die Aussicht war super.
