The house is located on a 950 square meter, enclosed garden property with flowers, meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Consists of 2 separate apartments. One for 4 people and the second for 6 people.
Access is via a landscaped road. Own parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
For sole use are available: barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs & umbrellas, pool and own courtyard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Super Ferienhaus mit Traumhafter Außenanlage und tollem Pool Das einzige negative ist daß dieses Haus im Sommer nicht mit 10Personen zu nutzen ist da zwei Betten im Obergeschoss stehen und es da keine Klimaanlage gibt. ...und es ist sehr warm da oben. Für 8Personen perfekt. Lage: Ist etwas abgelegen, bis Labin sind es 15min mit dem Auto und bis zum Strand ca 10min oder 30min über einen abenteulichen aber coolen Wanderweg
