Lovingly furnished apartment (58 sqm) for 2 to a maximum of 4 people in the basement of a family home in a quiet location on the Saxon Jakobsweg. You can expect a spacious, open living room with kitchen and dining room, a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a three-door wardrobe and a comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub.

In the bedroom 2 people can sleep in a comfortable double bed and on the large leather sofa bed in the living room (2x2m) if necessary 2 more people - for an extra charge.

Your entertainment is provided by a large flat screen TV (Sony, 4 K, 55 inches), a music system (Bose SoundTouch 20), a selection of books and various games (Romee, Canasta, Skat, Würfel, etc.).

The functional and modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, sink and extractor hood as well as a complete set of chinaware, cutlery and glasses for 6 people. A microwave, coffee maker, pots, toaster and kettle complete the equipment. In the storage room, cleaning devices, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board are available if required.

The bathroom has a sink with an illuminated mirror, a shelf, a hair dryer, a bathtub and a separate shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee based on electricity consumption.

Ich wer geschäftlich in Chemnitz und habe mir die Unterkunft ausgesucht weil die Beschreibung Gut klang Ich kann nur sagen das wie der Vermieter seine Unterkunft Beschrieben hat bis ins kleinste Detail stimmt und nicht übertrieben ist Die Wohnung ist in einem Top zustandt sauber sehr komfortabel man vermisst nix in der Wohnung was man brauch der Vermieter ist immer bestrebt es seinen Gästen so gut zu helfen wie es geht wenn man evt. doch was vermisst Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter Emphelen und werde sie immer wieder buchen wenn ich in der gegend privat oder geschäftlich bin Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen erlebnisreichen Kurzurlaub mit Fahrrad in der schönen und sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Das Einchecken mit zugesandtem PIN für den Schlüsselcode hat problemlos geklappt. Obwohl Herr Kühmichel selbst nicht vor Ort war, hat er uns nützliche Ausflugtipps mitgeteilt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden.

Die Wohnung liegt im sehr ruhigen Randbezirk. Dennoch ist alles Wichtige (Tankstelle, Supermarkt, Innenstadt, umliegende Ausflugsziele) sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Schlüsselsafe mit zugesandtem PIN für separaten Eingang ermöglicht eine problemlose Anreise.

Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls ist er zu jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man ich telefonisch braucht. Wir waren als Firma dort und sind hin und wieder auf die Flexibilität der Vermieter was die Anreisetage betrifft angewiesen. Dies wurde zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Gerne wieder! :)
