Zoutelande is surrounded by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their location on the south and their characteristic wooden "poleheads'. Thanks to a unique combination of wind and water, Zeeland has the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. A refreshing dip on a warm summer day or a breath of fresh air in the fall, the beach has an irresistible attraction every season! Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland.

Daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are applicable during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On your departure day, you must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location where you collected it.If a baby cot is available, please note that it does not come with bed linen. You will need to bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can confirm this in your booking details.Any overnight visitors must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. An additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets may be allowed in some cases, as indicated in the property details. Please inquire about this option. As a pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
