This was our second time staying at Gulf Crest. It's a beautiful property, directly on the beach. This 19th floor condo balcony was amazing!! It's very large (nearly double the size of most condo balconies) and this specific condo had excellent furniture, making the outdoor space almost like an additional room to eat or lounge. The condo was clean, communication with the host was great, and it was well equipped with anything we might need to make our stay comfortable. Having one assigned parking space (with an additional unassigned place) made parking easy. The amenities were as described (tiki bar, pools, hot tub, game room, exercise room, etc). The condo itself was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The views and beach were wonderful. Highly recommend this host, property, and condo! Definitely 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely breathtaking — the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or unwind in the evening. We loved being so close to great restaurants, fun entertainment, and, of course, the beach itself. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The elevators were fast, there’s assigned parking for one car, you get cushioned beach chairs and you can’t beat the view! We didn’t want to leave and are ready to go back!!

Awesome Condo

This condo was great. Spectacular views for morning dolphin watching. Very clean and had lots of room. The pool facilities were very nice as well. Very friendly security guard at the pool gate. Will be staying again in the future.

Great condo! It was VERY clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great! Living room couch and love seat could use some updating, a bit saggy. Recliner was very comfortable. It was just two adults staying for 9 days. The unit was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap at the sink, dishwasher pods and trash liners. Nice walk in showers with nozzle head. Laundry also has a clothes drying rack. My only wish is for higher toilet seats for these old knees! Comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators were fast and parking easy. We will stay here again, it was just perfect!

Sister vacay

The condo was beautiful. Very clean homey feeling. William was such a delight. We arrived a little early but was able to check in and enter the condo. The ease of checking in was great. Will defiantly stay again.

Great,warm & Restful

This was the second time we stayed at Gulf Crest. We had a beautiful condo with everything we needed. Wonderful deck to sip coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. The pools and hot tubes were lovely. Many restaurants in the area to chose from. We had a full 2 weeks of fun. We will be back.

Above and beyond

This property was absolutely beautiful. The view was breathtaking, adding to the gorgeous sunsets. The unit was well stocked with more than everything we needed (except a corkscrew). The rental manager was helpful with my concerns regarding the bad weather that was forecast. The beach and pool were also wonderful. Wish we could have stayed forever!!!

6th Trip to Gulfcrest

This is my 6th stay at Gulfcrest and the best to date. The condo was spotless and well equipped. The furniture was in like new condition and very comfortable. I had occasion to deal with Bill Rudcki, the manager. He was very accommodating and prompt in replying. When I return I will definitely rent from Bill and Meyer Realty again.

The first night we were there the toilet ran over all over the bathroom, bedroom and all rugs. I called the management number and they sent someone out quickly. They threw out all wet towels ( we were told to use them) out the front door and the rugs out on the patio. I called the manager BIll to let him know to come get them so they would not ruin. He seemed totally confused as to how to handle this, said that their maintenence people would have to take them to a laundromat or dry cleaners(?) He then asked me if I would wash them and I said it was not my responsibility (I'm on vacation, who's paying who?) after several back and forth texts he told me I was "RUDE" for not doing the laundry for them and it was my fault the toilet backed up at 2:00 in the morning. Ive never been treated like this ever. He also said we could leave if we wanted to

Robin, your review is not accurate at all. I asked you if you would mind washing the towels that my maintenace an used to clean up the overflowing toilet at 3 AM, as we couldn't get new ones to you until Sunday afternoon. My maintenance man responded immediately to help you. You also did not think to turn off the water valve behind the toilet, which caused a major flood. I never called you rude; you called me rude for asking you to wash them. I am sorry if you misunderstood, but this is a 5-star reviewed condo. Your 2-star review is unwarranted. Thank you

Great place, would stay again

This place is awesome! The balcony view cannot be beat. Saw dolphins everyday multiple times a day. It was very clean and well stocked. The beach chair service was an added bonus. Check in and out was the easiest I have ever dealt with and communication was excellent, got in parked in our spot and unloaded no waiting at a desk. Never waited for the elevator and was worried being on the 19th floor. Place is quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to stay again! Stayed with 2 adults and 2 teens.

A Fantastic Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Gulf Crest 1903 in Panama City Beach! The condo was spotless and beautifully maintained and decorated—it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout.The balcony was a definite highlight—extra long with stunning, panoramic views of the Gulf. We spent every morning with coffee watching the sunrise, and every evening soaking in the sunset.The property amenities were fantastic as well. We enjoyed both pools and hot tubs, and the game room was a fun bonus. Two beach chairs with an umbrella came with the reservation and they even provided extra beach chairs to carry to the beach for the guys and a cooler. Everything was clean, well-kept, and easy to access.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Overall a good place to stay. Needs a few minor repairs (toilet paper holder in both bathrooms kept falling off, detergent drawer broken on washing machine, you might need to check the electrical outlets in the master bedroom…seemed to be glitchy) The bed in the master was awesome and loved both of the showers. But the other mattress needs to be replaced in other bedroom and thicker mattresses in the bunk beds. For safety, I would say that the ladder for the bunkbeds needs to hook. Take out half of the decorations to declutter. It was hard to find places to set our stuff. We loved the 40 ft balcony with all of the comfy cushioned chairs. It provided a great view of the beach! We would definitely stay here again. The elevators were fast, it’s safe and secure, and provides an easy route to the beach!

Amazing Condo in a Perfect Location!

I have to say this is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented for vacation. The furniture was just beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. We saw dolphins from the balcony on ore than one occasion. The best part about getting this rental was how clean everything was upon our arrival. My group and are very picky about cleanliness and usually have a do a little housekeeping when we arrive at our destination before we all feel comfortable. That simply was not the case with this condo at all. The place was just spotless from top to bottom. Kudos to the cleaning company you have selected as they are doing an outstanding job. Loved having the beach service included with the rental. I would go back to this exact condo in a heartbeat!

Summer vacation

Great property, great location. Loved the beach service. Unfortunately, the building was being painted so one of the pools was closed for the majority of the week but that’s out of the control of the property manager. We did ask for a table on the patio while the regular furniture was in storage due to the building being painted but there was no response either way. I assumed there was no ability to get one since it never showed up but it would have been nice to hear an answer - even if the answer was no.

Wonderful 5 Star Getaway!

This was our second time in this property, and once again we had a wonderful time. Great communication with the manager and helpful check in staff. The condo is very clean and comfortable, with amazing views in a fabulous location right on the beach. The kitchen holds everything you'll need to create gorgeous meals, but is close to many restaurants when you need a break from cooking. The balcony is our favorite place for enjoying the sea air, watching the sea life, and relaxing on the very comfy furniture. Thanks again for a great stay. Can't wait to return!
