Gulfcrest Condo Complex fue construido en 2004 y esta unidad ha sido remodelada. La sala de estar tiene hermosos pisos nuevos y las habitaciones tienen alfombras nuevas. Hay encimeras de granito en la cocina y baños. Y la sala de estar y los dos dormitorios tienen televisores de pantalla plana. La cocina está totalmente equipada para un cocinero gourmet.

Mi esposo y yo hemos estado en muchos lugares y no hay playas como la costa esmeralda del noroeste de Fl. en cualquier sitio. Este complejo tiene menos congestión y fácil acceso a todos los excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y el nuevo Pier Park.

La vista desde nuestro balcón del piso 19 es espectacular y una vez que visite aquí, querrá volver cada año. Los amaneceres y las puestas de sol son realmente increíbles.

Gulf Crest Resort cuenta con una comunidad cerrada con dos piscinas para adultos frente al golfo, dos spas al aire libre, un bar / restaurante Tiki Hut junto a la piscina, piscina para niños, gimnasio frente al golfo, 3 elevadores de alta velocidad y estacionamiento asignado en el garaje.

Gulf Crest es uno de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en la playa de la ciudad de Panamá.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely breathtaking — the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or unwind in the evening. We loved being so close to great restaurants, fun entertainment, and, of course, the beach itself. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Great condo! It was VERY clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was great! Living room couch and love seat could use some updating, a bit saggy. Recliner was very comfortable. It was just two adults staying for 9 days. The unit was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap at the sink, dishwasher pods and trash liners. Nice walk in showers with nozzle head. Laundry also has a clothes drying rack. My only wish is for higher toilet seats for these old knees! Comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators were fast and parking easy. We will stay here again, it was just perfect!

We loved our stay! The elevators were fast, there’s assigned parking for one car, you get cushioned beach chairs and you can’t beat the view! We didn’t want to leave and are ready to go back!!

Awesome Condo

This condo was great. Spectacular views for morning dolphin watching. Very clean and had lots of room. The pool facilities were very nice as well. Very friendly security guard at the pool gate. Will be staying again in the future.

Above and beyond

This property was absolutely beautiful. The view was breathtaking, adding to the gorgeous sunsets. The unit was well stocked with more than everything we needed (except a corkscrew). The rental manager was helpful with my concerns regarding the bad weather that was forecast. The beach and pool were also wonderful. Wish we could have stayed forever!!!

6th Trip to Gulfcrest

This is my 6th stay at Gulfcrest and the best to date. The condo was spotless and well equipped. The furniture was in like new condition and very comfortable. I had occasion to deal with Bill Rudcki, the manager. He was very accommodating and prompt in replying. When I return I will definitely rent from Bill and Meyer Realty again.

Great,warm & Restful

This was the second time we stayed at Gulf Crest. We had a beautiful condo with everything we needed. Wonderful deck to sip coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. The pools and hot tubes were lovely. Many restaurants in the area to chose from. We had a full 2 weeks of fun. We will be back.

Great place, would stay again

This place is awesome! The balcony view cannot be beat. Saw dolphins everyday multiple times a day. It was very clean and well stocked. The beach chair service was an added bonus. Check in and out was the easiest I have ever dealt with and communication was excellent, got in parked in our spot and unloaded no waiting at a desk. Never waited for the elevator and was worried being on the 19th floor. Place is quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to stay again! Stayed with 2 adults and 2 teens.

A Fantastic Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Gulf Crest 1903 in Panama City Beach! The condo was spotless and beautifully maintained and decorated—it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout.The balcony was a definite highlight—extra long with stunning, panoramic views of the Gulf. We spent every morning with coffee watching the sunrise, and every evening soaking in the sunset.The property amenities were fantastic as well. We enjoyed both pools and hot tubs, and the game room was a fun bonus. Two beach chairs with an umbrella came with the reservation and they even provided extra beach chairs to carry to the beach for the guys and a cooler. Everything was clean, well-kept, and easy to access.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Overall a good place to stay. Needs a few minor repairs (toilet paper holder in both bathrooms kept falling off, detergent drawer broken on washing machine, you might need to check the electrical outlets in the master bedroom…seemed to be glitchy) The bed in the master was awesome and loved both of the showers. But the other mattress needs to be replaced in other bedroom and thicker mattresses in the bunk beds. For safety, I would say that the ladder for the bunkbeds needs to hook. Take out half of the decorations to declutter. It was hard to find places to set our stuff. We loved the 40 ft balcony with all of the comfy cushioned chairs. It provided a great view of the beach! We would definitely stay here again. The elevators were fast, it’s safe and secure, and provides an easy route to the beach!

Amazing Condo in a Perfect Location!

I have to say this is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented for vacation. The furniture was just beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. We saw dolphins from the balcony on ore than one occasion. The best part about getting this rental was how clean everything was upon our arrival. My group and are very picky about cleanliness and usually have a do a little housekeeping when we arrive at our destination before we all feel comfortable. That simply was not the case with this condo at all. The place was just spotless from top to bottom. Kudos to the cleaning company you have selected as they are doing an outstanding job. Loved having the beach service included with the rental. I would go back to this exact condo in a heartbeat!

Summer vacation

Great property, great location. Loved the beach service. Unfortunately, the building was being painted so one of the pools was closed for the majority of the week but that’s out of the control of the property manager. We did ask for a table on the patio while the regular furniture was in storage due to the building being painted but there was no response either way. I assumed there was no ability to get one since it never showed up but it would have been nice to hear an answer - even if the answer was no.

Wonderful 5 Star Getaway!

This was our second time in this property, and once again we had a wonderful time. Great communication with the manager and helpful check in staff. The condo is very clean and comfortable, with amazing views in a fabulous location right on the beach. The kitchen holds everything you'll need to create gorgeous meals, but is close to many restaurants when you need a break from cooking. The balcony is our favorite place for enjoying the sea air, watching the sea life, and relaxing on the very comfy furniture. Thanks again for a great stay. Can't wait to return!

Loved it, finally a clean, comfortable unit with real balcony furniture!

Condo was clean, well decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed including starter paper towels, dish towels, soap, even laundry soap. We booked for the balcony furniture, as well as included beach service set up for the week, and later (10am) checkout. Beach service is the fold-up wooden chairs so if you want to lay out, bring a beach mat. Might also bring a portable camping table if you prefer to have somewhere to sit things. This is on the 19th floor so you can sit outside with beach night view not interrupted by all the flashlights. It was also within walking to some restaurants for us, on-site bar was a plus. Listing might need updated as checkout is actually 9am. Beach service was great to have but attendant didn't set us up for the week. I went early and was assigned a chair up front, then was made to pack and move every day after way in back. Did notice ones he made us move out of remained empty and he said were "reserved" even though he told us he didn't "reserve" chairs, but did for others that came after us. He even hollered at me about how stressful his job was. There are 3 good quality chairs in the condo for you to use plus a small cooler if it’s an issue. Communication with owner was great, we loved this unit and would recommend!
