Condo was exactly as advertised, and owner was easily accessible and quick to respond. We loved the furnishings, and condo was spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in PCB.

Awesome place!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. My husband and I have stayed in PCB several times before, but this time we needed 2 bedrooms. Since we like the (more quiet) Lower Lagoon area, we finally chose Vista Turquesa at the Treasure Island Resort Condos. The building was well cared for and very nice. This condo is on the 7th floor, which we consider perfect. The condo is roomy, clean, well decorated, well stocked...I could go on and on. I especially liked the fact that the master bedroom has an ensuite bath, and the guest bedroom has a bath that opens both into the guest bedroom and the living area. So, esentially, you have 3 ensuite baths. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous sunsets. The balcony furniture was one of our deciding factors. It is a large balcony with the perfect amount and kind of furniture. There is an attached parking garage with a reserved spot for one car. If you have more than one car, you can find a spot in the garage. The owner of the balcony was easy to communicate with. We cannot wait to return.

Great stay

Everything about our stay was great. Treasure Island makes you check in with the front desk and pay a resort Friday. The individuals working the desk were complaining loudly about the number of people checking in that afternoon. However, the condo was a great choice. I wouldn’t let the front desk’s unprofessionalism keep me from booking again.

This property was wonderful. The place was clean & decorated nicely, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. The patio was extremely nice as well. We will most definitely stay in the unit again. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!!

Would have been wonderful except for musty odor and black mold.

We walked & noticed a musty odor. Immediately messaged owner to ask if it was possibly mold. She quickly responded it absolutely was not & told me we should probably take a refund & leave.Looked for another place to go couldn’t find anything.When I was in the office I asked them about the odor, they said sometimes they bring a "special machine" into that condo for the musty smell. I thought it could have been mopped with a soured mop so mopped again, it smelled better until the cleaning product smell went away.I messaged owner again she said she’d asked the cleaning company about mold & they said none.She was very insulted I’d questioned the issue of mold &said again we should leave & offered a refund. We were there with other families so we wanted to be at TI with our group. I trusted her word that mold was not the issue and just figured we would deal with the odor. That was my mistake because she was not being honest with me. It never went away & was worse when the air was running. On the last night I was cleaning the condo for our departure when I opened a kitchen cabinet I hadn't opened before & it was full of black mold.I began searching found black mold in most of the air vents, some had it coming out onto ceiling. I looked closely at shower and found it in there as well. When we were leaving there was a mold remediation company van parked in the spot for the condo next door. There is a black mold issue. Sent owner pics got no response. Otherwise, condo is pretty.

Condo was wonderful. Disappointed in tiki bar. Found out previous owner no longer there. Food choice poor and very expensive. We stay at treasure island resort every year and will not be purchasing drinks or food from tiki bar; very disappointed!

Fantastic Stay!

The unit was stunning! This was our first trip in the fall and the weather was perfect! There was a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was quickly resolved. Michelle was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay again.

Quick trip with family.

Our stay was short, but wonderful! The condo was very clean and the furniture on the balcony was so comfy. Spent most of our time out there. Location was great. Loved having a reserved parking spot. Lots of amenities and thoughtful touches throughout.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view and perfectly furnished balcony to enjoy it. The beds were so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. The resort is located in a quiet part of PCB but still close to everything. Highly recommend. The owner responded quickly to our questions. Can't wait to go back!!

Nice Condo and Good Communication

We stay at Treasure Island every year in different units. This one was nicer then most in this building. Very nice patio furniture, unit was nice with no carpet, and beach chairs were provided. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. Most don’t offer that option.

Loved this Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I highly recommend it. The manager was so helpful and very easy to contact. The condo was very clean and is decorated so tastefully and everything was in top working condition. I especially liked the furniture on the balcony, so comfortable and lots of sitting and a great place for a nap. Thanks Michelle for your great hospitality!

We sold our previous condo and purchased Vista Turquesa because we fell in love with the rooms and, quite frankly, the balconies at Treasure Island. I am usually "working remotely" almost every day of my time here, so we went all out and made the balcony the most comfortable work space with the most beautiful view! We are absolutely sold on staying at the East End of PCB. So much more quiet -so much less traffic, but so close to all the activity!
