Prosser is the birth place of the Washington wine scene and wineries abound within a short distance in addition to many good eateries, a perfect place for foodies! Prosser is situated within the Yakima Valley which provides many adventure opportunities and events throughout the year along with 300+ days of sun.

You will find the house well equipped to accommodate your crew, but let’s start with the all important sleeping arrangements. There is 1 king in a first floor master suite, 1 queen in a 2nd first floor bedroom, 1 queen in a 3rd first floor bedroom and 1 queen in a 2nd story loft area which is a larger room. There are a total of 4 bedrooms. There are also 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably.

The great room concept on the first floor will accommodate your group wanting to spread out and relax, along with a table large enough to accommodate everyone (up to 8) sharing a great meal together.

The kitchen is stocked with many helpful items to make cooking your favorite meals easier, such as pots, pans, table settings, common spices, wine glasses, and much more (ask for full list). Also, a Keurig for that morning (or whenever!) perfect cup of coffee.

Outside, you will enjoy the wraparound covered porch, along with patio furniture to enjoy the wonderful shade and ambiance of Prosser’s oldest Hickory tree. Truly a majestic tree!
