Apartment - SOUTHWARD - in the blue country

Our cozy basement apartment in a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee.
The idyllic Froschhauser See and the Riegsee can be reached on foot in a few minutes and also the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach baths as well as refreshment stops can be reached at any time in an extended walk or by bike in 5 minutes ... depending on the fitness level :)

You live in our very comfortably equipped - freshly renovated - apartment (55 sqm) with space for 1-4 people. The spacious living room has a large window front with a view (south / west orientation).

You have your own terrace with south / west orientation - evening sun guaranteed in good weather! There is also direct access to the garden.

The Murnau market charges the following spa fees for the duration of your stay:

May 15 - October 14:
Adults € 1.50 / night
Child (6–16 years) € 1.00 / night

15. 10. – 14. 5 .:
Adults € 1.10 / night
Child (6–16 years) € 0.70 / night

People with disabilities:

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit Blick in die Natur. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Susanne Schaller war immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Es gab eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Umgebung mit Tipps zum Wandern, Radfahren, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gastronomie. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Kultur und Wandern im blauen Land

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei der am Rand von Murnau gelegenen pikobello sauberen und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden überaus freundlich begrüßt und der Umgang mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Die Umgebung bietet neben vielen Wandermöglichkeiten auch viele kulturelle Angebote. Hier kann man auf den Spuren des Blauen Reiters viele Museen besuchen oder auch Schloss Linderhof und vieles mehr.... Herzlichen Dank an Susanne und Andi

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind (6 Jahre) in dieser Wohnung verbracht und haben uns dort zu jeden Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Super Urlaub

Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Wohnung ist modern und urig eingerichtet. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gibt eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Auto und Rad. Ein schöner Spazierweg führt in kurzer Zeit ins Zentrum von Murnau. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett und sympathisch und hat uns mit vielen Tipps ,für Unternehmungen, weitergeholfen.

Hier passt alles!

Sehr schön eingerichtete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben Tips für die Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder, aber dann für etwas länger 😊.
