Loved this home!! Very comfortable, clean & fresh. It is well stocked with everything you could need. Convenient to the Grand Canyon SkyWalk, Guano Point and an easy drive to Lake Mead. It is off the beaten path, but worth it! Would definitely stay again

Host was great! House was comfortable and well stocked. The hot water temp never reached hot… and was a disappointment. You probably have it set that way. None of us were a fan of that! All in all …. a good stay that could’ve been a great stay!

We loved the town of Meadview! Wished we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for the 5 of us! Plenty of beds, towels and space. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond. I am originally from Thailand but have been living in the US for more than half my life now (time flies!). I am a mother, a wife, a teacher, and a host. After almost 25 years of teaching little children, I now host our two properties in Meadview full time and teach on the side. I also teach yoga and cycling class at my little studio at home in Yorba Linda, California.

Why they chose this property

Meadivew is the best-kept secret place that offers so much peace, tranquility, and the beauty of the high desert. It's a small, quiet, retired community in the national park area that allows you to be part of nature and enjoy a simple life. Meadview is where I first heard the song of silence.

What makes this property unique

The Basin House is strategically placed so you can enjoy the magnificent sunset, the stunning view of the Grand Wash Cliffs, and the town view from both sides of the house. There is plenty of wildlife around the property; owls, roadrunners, quails, eagles, jackrabbits, etc.
