We had a good holiday. However, there was quite a lot of noise at night from the road, and it was difficult to block out the light. The beds were also very soft for our taste. The house was nicely located close to the pool, and there were items available to bring to the pool.

House was very nice. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the kitchen. Some of the pots and pans were placed in the cabinets by the previous guests without being washed and one of the countertops was sticky. The rest of the house was spotless. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this house again.

Great place to stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and spacious. Location was great. Restaurants and stores were nearby. Place was comfy and safe. Pool and fitness center were very good. Definitely recommend for anyone doing Disney or Universal who is looking to stay a little further out but still within driving distance.

Excellent location and plenty of space!

Excellent experience! There was plenty of space for my family of 6. The location was perfect, far enough away from the hustle and only 20 minutes away from the parks. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing home away from home.

The house was absolutely perfect. It was nice finding beach/pool toys that the kids could use and we even contributed to the stash for the next guest. Definitely will be renting this house in particular again. Overall it was super clean and close to the amenities.

Great Amenities!

We had a great experience at this home. The amenities were wonderful, we loved having the resort style pool, pub, game room and ice cream shop! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Other family members that traveled with us are already talking about booking this home for a trip this winter!

Fantastic resort and property

Everything went extremely well, from check in procedures from the property owner, check in, the stay, and check out. The resort itself was fantastic and a nice getaway throughout the week when we weren't at the parks or other activities. The property contained everything needed during the stay as advertised, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. The owner answered questions we had throughout the week timely and was easy to work with.

Home Away From Home

We stayed in this home for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The home looks exactly like it dos in the pictures. We've been staying at Regal Palms in different homes over the past 17 years and this one is by far the best!

Almost there..

This is a great property. However, it is the only VRB that I’ve used that had absolutely nothing for basic needs, such as salt and pepper, extra toilet paper/paper towels, bath mats, etc.

Good place for family to spread out

The layout of the property was ideal. We all had space to spread out and be together. The traffic noise was an issue but we were able to work through it. The location of the unit was good for getting to the pool and arcade. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We will book again.

Feb vacation

Property was very nice, however much more expensive than our friends paid. Location to the pool was great however at 4:00 in the morning traffic on Sand Mine road was very loud. Would stay again if price was reduced, a lot of properties were much less.

Thanks for your review! We toured many of the properties in the resort, and in comparison to the condition of those properties, priced it as such. We’ve also taken the recommendations of the previous owner who did extensive updates to the home and furnishings. Since first listing it, we have adjusted prices. We will definitely consider our pricing as we continue to list the property and get feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed it and will consider coming back! Best, Nicole

Short Stay With Family

We stayed during the week with our family and friends, ages ranging from one year-old through adults. It was a bit chilly to use the pool, but our kids loved it on the one warm day! I was really impressed with the household items available in the unit. Blenders and extra Tupperware in the kitchen, and even a pack-n- play and car booster. Check in and check out was very easy, with minimal checkout cleaning required. We would definitely visit again.

Very clean

The house was very clean. It was loud in the morning being close to highway. The resort part was very nice. The food was decently priced and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We have used several rental properties and the only thing that I wish was stated before we arrived was that we needed soap, garbage bags, and a few other necessities.
