Close to Disney! Bring the whole family to the Coco Villa II with lots of room for fun! 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Villa with large family room and ample space to spread out. Beautifully south-facing lanai with new surfaced and tiled pool and spa. Pool can be heated for $30/day and recommended October-April. New Kitchen stocked with all the essentials. All new appliances, freshly painted rooms, updated bathrooms. Ceramic tile throughout, game room in garage. Superior management!
