This huge, private, water-front quiet, cul-de-sac road home that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A master bedroom and a second bedroom both have king size beds; the third bedroom has a full and twin XL beds. Huge living-room with sofa bed,

TV is in every room that has Roku and Netflix subscriptions so you can watch almost everything from live sports to movies.
A formal dining area with 6 chairs table set, a kitchen, dinner and a big patio that has kitchenette, second kitchen sink, table and chairs and a treadmill. Last but not least there's a full-size Samsung washer & dryer.

Our house is:
- 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport, 35 minutes from West Palm Beach airport
- 5 minutes to get to Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Citi bank, Truist bank, Bank United, TD bank, PNC bank and Regional banks.
- Less than 5 minutes to Publix, Walgreen and 10 minutes to Super Walmart, Target, BestBuy, other shopping stores
- 10 minutes to Coconut Creek Casino
- Butterfly World Park and all kinds of restaurants
- Travel to South to Miami or North to West Palm Beach less than 40 minutes
- Huge private garden with water canal view.
- Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles.
- Garage can park 1 car and has EV power plug in charger
- You can drive to many beaches within 15 minutes. If you're need a quiet beach with less people, then go to Deerfield Beach that has fishing pier and a long walking path; If you're young and like to party and music then go to Las Olas Beach down to downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The host was very welcoming. He responded almost immediately to questions and concerns before and during our stay. His house was perfect for our party of six adults staying in the Ft. Lauderdale area for a three night stay ahead of a cruise. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with all the basic amenities needed.

Great family place!

The house was very nice, easy to get to from the airport, and conveniently located to the car show we attended. There was plenty of room and beds for me, my 2 sons, and my friend.

Responsive and accomodating

I cannot express how fantastic this place was and the kindness and flexibility that was extended on our behalf. Communication was always quick and the place was beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend this property and hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.

I live here in the area since 2001, this is my original home, I love it and take good care of it, I know the area inside out and take care of my property with care.

Lower price since it is my own home, I take care of it myself, it's in the cul-de-sac and in the best community area with walking people, walking dog all day. It is closer than anything you name it, from beaches, shopping, restaurants and casino.
The home is big, plenty to room and huge backyard that you can watch the sunset.
