Apartment, 70 square meters, with a wonderful view of the Bavarian Forest

cozy and modern apartment, newly renovated; wonderful view of the bay. Forest; free wifi; Living room with satellite TV and comfortable seating for relaxing; 2 bedrooms with large double bed (2m x 2m) or pull-out bed (1.80m x 2m); Bathroom with shower and bathtub; Kitchen with dining area, equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, cooking and eating utensils and cutlery.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a newly renovated house with a separate entrance via a common staircase.
It is idyllically situated away from the noise and hectic pace in the Bavarian Forest on the outskirts of Wollaberg, a small village in the municipality of Jandelsbrunn, between the national park and the three rivers city of Passau, in a central location for cross-country ski runs and ski areas.

The city of Waldkirchen with the Garhammer fashion house, grocery stores, doctors, restaurants and other shops is about 5 minutes away by car.

In the middle of a holiday and hiking area, Wollaberg and the surrounding area offer a variety of leisure options.

Comfortable and quiet.

Lovely property with everything as listed, comfortable beds everything quality and needed for nothing. Appreciated the honesty bar from the fridge. Would have been nice to take advantage of the summer evenings in a sitting out area.

Urlaub in Wollaberg/Jandelsbrunn

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden mit allem was man braucht. Alle Zimmer tip-top gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, die Gastgeber Anita und Josef sind sehr gastfreundlich. Die Lage ist zentral für Ausflüge nach Passau oder Zwiesel oder in den Nationalpark (sehr empfehlenswert). Wenn wir nochmal im Bayerischen Wald Urlaub machen, werden wir wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Super - super

Fijn vakantiechuis

Een heel net en schoon vakantie verblijf. Compleet ingericht en aan vele kleine dingen was gedacht. Koffie, thee, suiker, wasmiddel etc. van alles was aanwezig. Ook de bedden waren prima.Heel fijn was dat bij alle ramen horren waren. Kan geen minpunten bedenken.

Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Saubere und ordentliche Ferienwohnung. TOP Ferienwohnung

In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht und vieles darüberhinaus. Insbesondere die vielen Aufmerksamkeiten stechen hervor. Angefangen bei einem Willkommensgruß in der Küche, gibt es auch Kaffee und Tee, Essig, Speiseöl sowie im Bad Duschbad und Shampoo und selbst Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine inklusive. Abgerundet wird dies durch einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank mit verschiedenen Getränken zum "Selbstkostenpreis". Man merkt hier gleich, daß die Vermieter sich besondere Mühe gegeben haben, damit sich ihre Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Klare Weiterempfehlung !

Volle Sterne mit Plus für Freundlichkeit

Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle herzlich bei Josef und Anita bedanken. Es war für unseren Familienurlaub mit stürmischen Kleinkind und Oma die perfekte kleine Auszeit. Alles da, was gebraucht wird. Ein zusätzliches Plus gibt es für den freundlichen, persönlichen Umgang. Nur die Willkommens-Bonbons mussten wir gaaanz weit nach oben stellen. ;)

Vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Lage

Die moderne Ferienwohnung war in einem sauberen und voll funktionstüchtigem Zustand. Zum Kochen konnten wir auf eine überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küchenausstattung zurückgreifen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten an mehreren Tagen unsere Ausflüge direkt vor der Haustüre starten, weil Wanderwege direkt von Wollaberg beginnen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar.

Geräumige, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, der es an nichts fehlte. Die vielen netten Kleinigkeiten der Gastgeber (Willkommensgruß, Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Tee etc.) haben bei uns eine ganz besondere Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre aufkommen lassen. Kurzurlaub in perfekter Ferienwohnung

Alles wie beschrieben, außerdem blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Man wird mit Prosecco und einer Flasche Wasser willkommen geheißen, Kaffee und Tee sind inkludiert, das ist alle andere als selbstverständlich bei einer Ferienwohnung. Wer einen Urlaub in einer ruhigen, landschaftlich schönen Gegend machen will und trotzdem nicht weit bis zur nächsten Stadt (z.B. Passau) fahren will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Klarer Fall von Weiterempfehlung.

Rückzugsort auch bei schlechtem Wetter

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man so braucht. Etwas abgelegen, aber doch ist alles gut erreichbar. Ohne Auto ist man hier allerdings aufgeschmissen. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir bei unseren Aufenthalt nicht viel Glück, konnte aber den einen sonnigen Tag für eine schöne Wanderung im Bayrischen Wald nutzten.

Erholung in komfortabler Wohnung und traumhafter Landschaft

Wir waren Mitte September eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet sehr viel Komfort. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und im nahe gelegenen Waldkirchen (Entfernung 5,5 km) gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. War unsere bisher schönste Ferienwohnung.

Sehr schöner 8-Tage Urlaub mit Familie

Unsere dreiköpfige Familie hat einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser feinen Zwei-Zimmerwohnung verlebt. Die Lage ist in einer kleinen Ortschaft auf dem Berg - naturnah und ruhig gelegen. Die Familie des Hauses hat an alles gedacht (Information, Utensilien etc.), begleitet sehr serviceorientiert - ist da, wenn notwendig (lokale Tipps, auch in Sonderfällen, z.B. Reifenschaden) und lässt Raum wo sinnvoll. Die Wohnung besitzt eine ausgesuchte Vollausstattung zum Wohlfühlen. Für uns ein Grund, jederzeit wiederzukommen.

Wunderbare Wohnung, perfekte Lage für erholsamen Urlaub

Die Wohnung war wunderbar, alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es war die am besten ausgestattete Wohnung, in der wir je gewesen sind (Küche inkl. Gewürzen, Kaffee etc., Bad sogar inkl. Waschmittel für die Maschine). Vielen Dank nochmal für die Wandertipps in der Umgebung, so haben wir den Urlaub noch mehr (abseits des Trubels) genossen.
