Gorgeous Chamberlands home with classic Tahoe charm. Natural stone gas fireplace is the focal point of the large upstairs living room, with luxurious down-filled custom-made couches, big deck, forested views, and big windows. Well-appointed kitchen with black granite counter-tops, gas cooking, over-sized sinks, wood floors. Grand dining area with high ceiling.
The Master suite is upstairs and features a King bed with an adjustable base and Zero Gravity mode. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs; 1 with Queen bed, 2 more each with two Twin beds. In addition to the spacious upstairs living room, there's a separate family room downstairs with piano and wet bar. 2 car garage and paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars total.
Walk to Chambers Landing, only minutes to Homewood Ski Area and Sugar Pine Point State Park. Rental of this home includes access to the private side of the Chamberlands beach but not the pool and tennis courts.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable)
• Do not make any beds
• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
• Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable)
• Return keys to HRG Lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
