App. Merret location: The apartment is in a very quiet location in a thatched house on the upper floor. The house is very close to the mudflats. A variety of shops and restaurants are located in town. Size: 3-room apartment approx. 60 m², for four people. Equipment: The apartment is completely renovated and equipped with high-quality table fittings. In the spacious living room are the sofa set and the dining area, WiFi is available. Also here is the kitchenette. From the dining area you have a wide view over meadows. You can also see the mud flats from the living room. There are two bedrooms with double beds. In the shower room with window there is also the washing machine. The apartment has its own garden area with the appropriate garden furniture and beach chair. A separate parking space is available on the property. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
