The two terraces, facing south and east, are perfect for breakfast in the morning sun and offer pure relaxation well into the evening hours.<br><br>The open-concept kitchen is equipped with Siemens built-in appliances, including an oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, Bora induction cooktop, SMEG toaster and kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a comprehensive selection of cooking and baking utensils. The utility room also features a high-quality wine refrigerator—guaranteeing perfectly chilled beverages for enjoyable evenings.<br><br>The two cozy master bedrooms are equipped with a double box-spring bed (2x90x200 cm), a smart TV, a SONOS sound system, illuminated built-in closets, and high-quality woodwork.<br><br>The converted attic of the house offers a cozy “sunbathing area” (140x200 cm) as well as a spacious desk with a view of the salt marshes and the Rantum Basin.<br><br>The “Salzwiesen Hüs” features two modern bathrooms with natural light, walk-in showers, freestanding bathtubs, and a comfortable KLAF sauna for up to 4 people. The charging station is located in the parking lot belonging to the accommodation (back left) and can be accessed using the transponder attached to your keyring.
