On the premier chain of lakes in Minnesota, the Gull Lake Chain, you can enjoy the lake, the shore, the cabin comfort, inside and out, in this true retreat.

Our cabin has been refreshed throughout, and is fully staged for your comfort. Classic and historic, with modern comforts. Whether you're looking for a getaway with a small group, or an extended family vacation, we have plenty of space for everyone. And with 2 docks available, you can bring your own boat or rent one on the lake.

It's not just the amenities that make our cabin special. It's the location. Situated on a premier lot on Upper Gull Lake, with a great yard and shoreline including a beautiful private swimming area, perfect for your lily pad, floaties or paddle board. With 2 kayaks available for your use, you can explore the lake at your leisure.

And that's not all. Our cabin also has a fire pit area and deck, perfect for those summer nights spent roasting marshmallows and telling stories. With plenty of space for yard games, you'll never be bored.

Inside, our great room has accommodations for up to 10 people, with a cozy indoor kitchen and table for 10. And with outdoor grill and table space, as well as bar stools available on the deck that would seat 10 as well, you'll have plenty of options for meals and entertaining.

This cabin is so cute, clean and nicely decorated. I can’t wait to book it again this summer!

The lake views at this cabin are spectacular and the extra attention to detail in the cabin is so fun. Also the bed linens are luxurious. We plan to bring our whole Family back to enjoy this hidden gem.

Family fishing week

Had a great week of fishing. Place was great. Rented a boat nearby and plenty of room for a family of 5 adults and then some. Beautiful home. Had door lock issues but they were quickly resolved.

Comfort & the great outdoors

This cabin was everything we wanted! Comfortable, beautiful and perfectly tucked away in the great outdoors. The views of the lake were wonderful. I cannot wait to book again. This time with my kids so we can enjoy loads of outdoor time on the lake and by the firepit. A definite keeper on my VRBO list.

Super Cute!

We took some time for a quick getaway to just unwind. This home fit the bill - the house is adorable in a great setting with a gorgeous lake view. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay this summer and are looking forward to using the beach. Thank you for such a great rental experience!

Saved us! Great times, great place.

We needed someplace to put everyone before the fun begins this week and Kristy saved us! The place was great for our group, space to get together and space to chill as we were all on different schedules. You can tell that she's put a lot of work into the property while keeping the authentic resort cabin vibe. We will be making plans to come back when the water is wet!

Lakehouse with watersports

Excellent location-Upper Gull Lake was ideal for watersports. We enjoyed a pontoon/ski/tube rental from Lake Fun Rentals that was only a 10 minute ride away. Loved seeing and hearing loons on the lake. Enjoyed the fire pit and kayaks. Newly renovated cabin with well-thought out details. A/c unit in kitchen was so new that it was not yet hooked up; this will be very helpful for future guests that have 89 degree highs like we did! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect summer!

We had the most amazing stay here. The house is perfectly located on a beautiful lake that is great for fishing and tubing. It also connects to all the other lakes and has several dining options that you can get to by boat. The cabin was beautiful and fit our group of 8 well. I really appreciated the kayaks and life jackets that were included. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with basics. The living room over looks the lake and you can open the windows and get a lot of that fresh air. Having the washer and dryer available was essential. Host was great at communicating with us if we had any questions. We rented our boat at Boats and Beyond Rentals and they were great. I would definitely come back to this house!

Why they chose this property

This home is located on the premier Gull Lake chain and offers you all the amenities of a big water chain, with the family cabin feel that allows gatherings around the firepits, grilling outdoors, and beach time with the privacy for your group. Incredible water views from the cabin as we sit right on the ridgeline close to the water. Continue the memories that have been made in this cottage like cabin that started as a resort cabin in the 30's and has had a large addition and much updating over the years to accommodate indoor and outdoor comfort. We have tried to keep the charm of the older cabin yet offer all the modern amenities. Very clean and well stocked with linens and all your other needs.

What makes this property unique

We have a private dock where you can bring your boat or rent one on the lake. Flat beach area for camp fire, sun bathing or let the little ones play in the sand. Perfect spot to bring your lily pad, paddle board or floaties. We also have two kayaks available for your use.
