Great location and spacious sleeping arrangements

We had a girls weekend and you would never guess how large the townhome is by looking at it from the outside. Once inside there was plenty of space for 12 of us girls. Your boat club and zorbaz are steps away and firewood fully stocked for use. Will definitely consider staying again.

Had a great time, owner was easy to get in touch with. No issues with check-in or check-out. Kitchen needs a few things: pancake turner, a new pan or two, but otherwise was comfortable. We enjoyed all. Thank you!

Family reunion

We would have a few suggestions, including a better stocked kitchen and consistency/ accuracy of available beds through listings. However, it is a beautiful house and overall we had a lovely visit at this property.

Newer, Clean, Great Location

Well managed and appointed from all aspects. Great location for lake access. Manager was easy to contact and interact with. Had a family gathering coming from various locations. Gave us the space to easily socialize, as well as have private time. All TV's, etc., worked so we could keep the young boys occupied. Easy access to eating, as well. Will want to return.

Fabulous place to stay for a girls weekend!

Beautiful space, great location. The large kitchen and island were perfect for entertaining and was our favorite part. Clean space and you can tell it’s well maintained. There are a few housekeeping items we noticed but overall it was a great place to stay and we will most likely be coming back to stay again!

Beautiful and modern townhouse!

We had a group of girls to celebrate my sister getting married and this place was perfect! It fit all 12 of us comfortably with extra beds available. Soo much room and space! So conveniently placed that we were able to go to town within 10 minutes and also walk to Zorba’s for drinks and dancing late at night. We’ll definitely be booking again for family events and vacations! I don’t think I can say enough good things

Good not great, but sleeps plenty

We rented the Loon's Nest for a family vacation (8 adults, 4 kids). Overall I think it is fairly priced given how egregious some of the Brainerd Lakes-area pricing can be. It's positioned well as part of the Causeway on Gull resort - walking distance from Zorbaz and Your Boat Club. It sleeps plenty and, being new, is clean and undamaged. We felt that the kitchen could be better equipped for large groups - for example, there were 3 small non-stick skillets and a couple of small saucepans, and only about 9 forks, 6 spoons, and 10 butter knives. I'm sure they will restock silverware soon, the host is communicative and was apologetic about the lack of silverware, but If you're trying to fit and feed 20 here, bring a couple electric griddles or you're going to have a bad time. The private fire pit and wood is a nice amenity but there were only about 5 chairs available. The Causeway resort itself, frankly, stinks. But having access to the pools was enough to keep the kids happy. The property is a townhome and shares walls with two other units; we unfortunately had some noisy neighbors two of the nights, so just be aware of that if you're traveling with young kids. Overall the property is good, not great, and fairly priced. You can certainly do a lot worse.

Great place for large group of friends

This is a great property for large group of friends. The unit is huge with multiple inside and outside gathering areas, very clean and comes with everything you need. The location is great too, it's a short walk to Zorba's on Gull and we were able to rent a Pontoon from Lake Fun Rentals right next door. Would recommend.

Great place to make family memories

Had a great stay with our family that came to visit from overseas. Every loved the place! We enjoyed the house itself which was a perfect place for all of us to be together comfortably. We also enjoyed the tandem bikes provided and the pool and Rec room available at the resort. The owners were very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The whole experience was fabulous. Would highly recommend!
