Nice 2-room apartment in the spa area - balcony, WiFi, TV, walk-in shower

Spend your stay in this cozy 2-room apartment. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed and a dining area for 3 people. The separate bedroom has a box spring bed. The fitted kitchen has basic equipment. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and enjoy a glass of near-wine. This apartment faces north / west, with a view of the quiet courtyard.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A TV is also available in this apartment. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for communal use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 5 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily accessible by elevator.

There is a one-off final cleaning fee of € 50 per stay.

Anderes Appartement erhalten als im Inserat dargestellt

Auch ganz nett, gutes Bett. Aber keine ebenerdige Dusche sondern nur Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Andere Möblierung als auf den Bildern im Inserat.
