Welcome to this secluded, 4000 square foot house on 5 acres of private property. 3 miles from HEB event center. Perfect for your weekend events or family gatherings. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with queen or king beds and TV, can accommodate 15 overnight guests and has a 3rd floor game room with pool table, poker table and much more! Outside the house there is an abundance of shade with 100s of large oak trees and plenty of space to entertain for family functions, weddings, or a weekend retreat! The patio is large for entertaining around the pool in peace and quiet. A large portion of the property is cleared, so plenty of space to make your own while you’re here. Ask about our event hosting packages! (Weddings, family reunions, and others). PLENTY of parking. An abundance of outdoor space and sitting areas to relax, watch the kids play, swim, or to just step away from your family for a bit while they’re inside. Sometimes we all need a break:). Check out our trails! Go down to the creek where there’s tables, chairs, and even a tree swing. The patio is large for entertaining, cooking, or just hanging out! Ask about our event hosting! We stayed here with a large group and had an amazing time! The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the number of bathrooms made it super convenient. There were more than enough towels and amenities provided, which was a big plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, making it easy to cook and eat together. We especially loved the outdoor area — the pool was a huge hit, and it was the perfect spot to play some water volleyball. Highly recommend this place for groups or families!

Close to Georgetown

Stayed here to attend the Georgetown Two Step Inn festival. Nice quiet neighborhood, rained so didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities but pretty property.

The house was perfect for the 14 of us who went this weekend, we had a great time in the pool, there is fun for all ages, the property is on 5 acres, everything is very good and very good communication with the host.

Family Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving here. We had some stay the night and a few for the day only. Everything was simply perfect for our visit and family meal. Great kitchen space to cook a homemade holiday meal. Marcus was quick, polite and responsive from time of booking a few months prior, through check in and check out. Beautiful home with all the needed amenities, great space, and views. Our senior parents had all they needed to include dual climate control between upstairs and down stairs for varied temperature comforts. Future family gatherings here already being planned!

Spacious home with beautiful property

We had a group of 8 stay for the Two Step Inn Festival in Georgetown and it was perfect. We could have easily fit 16 people! The 5 acres the home sits on is perfect for privacy and beautiful to look at! We took Ubers to the festival and they had no problem finding the home and the drive was quick and very efficient! I had to take a picture of the pillows to buy one when I got home they were so comfortable! Marcus checked in with us throughout the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. 11/10 would recommend!

The rental was amazing and great for hosting a party of 32. Unfortunately, the hot tub was unavailable, but we were informed ahead of renting. We were unable to enjoy the outdoor poolside due to downpours that soaked all of the cushions. However, they have a nice garage with plenty of space where we set up tables and the bar. The entire house is roomy, kitchen is great for cooking and hosting a party.The host was readily available to answer all questions. I’d stay here again and will the next time we have family coming in town for special occasions!

Thank you for your interest in our property! Casa Pyte is one of two primary residences where my family reside. We LOVE the outdoors, but as our kids started growing up and starting their own journey, our “downsizing” family does not always need all the space. The house is huge. The property is beautiful. My wife and I had our wedding here as well, so it is event approved and capable. It’s great sharing our place with others, whether a quiet peaceful retreat is needed, large families visiting the Austin area (sure beats a hotel), or whatever the reason for travel might be. We hope you enjoy the space as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Closest neighbors are 2 football fields away. We love the creek at the back of the property. Sometimes seclusion in luxury is nice!
