We were very surprised to discover this was a basement to a home occupied by a family with young children. We could hear the family but it wasn’t intrusive. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Centrally located and easy to get to.

Beautiful set up, clean space, fun for kids. Would definitely stay again! It would have been nice to have coffee pods for each adult for the morning so we didnt have to run out and grab it. Thanks for the great stay!

This place is amazing! It seems brand new, it was equipped with everything you could possibly need and super easy to find. Close to everything too. Definitely our favorite vbro stay so far!

I will start off by saying that the space was clean and well-maintained. I was surprised to find that the owners has easy access to the rental property through a sliding door at the top of the stairs. That also lead to a fair amount of noise coming from upstairs. The host has a young family which was not indicated in the listing and we could hear a lot of noise coming from upstairs. It was frustrating that was not communicated clearly in advance. Besides that the property was nice, well maintained and in a good location. As long as you don't mind noise coming from upstairs (people walking, running, talking, babies screaming) it's a nice place to stay.
Door at the entrance that leads to the property owners residence. Was not soundproof in any way and we could easily hear their conversations.
Surprised to find out that despite the listing saying they sleep 8 they would charge extra if there were more than 4 people per night. Wasn't clearly stated in the listing when I booked.

Comfortable basement apartment

Three of us stayed here for a couple of days. The host was friendly and responsive. There is occasional noise from upstairs since this is in the basement. It's close to downtown.

Girls weekend

Casey was very easy to communicate with and the apartment was well done and clean. We were celebrating my moms 80th birthday and the decorations they left were a really nice touch. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Just FYI This is a basement apartment. Host does charge for parking if you have more then one car.

Nice place, could be quieter

The basement location was great, well taken care of and very convenient for our stay. The only thing (which was pretty big in our eyes) was that the owners lived in the house upstairs and it was NOT soundproof. Footsteps, conversations and construction work all sounded as if it were in the same room as us. Really want to give a higher rating due to the quality of everything else but it was unfortunately very frustrating.
