The convenient laundry room is easily accessible, and the area's main attractions, including an active volcano, the world-famous Punalu’u Bake Shop, Ka’u Coffee Mill, South Point Cliffs  and a unique green sand beach, are just a short drive away. A short walk leads to the famous Punalu'u Black Sand Beach, and a fully stocked kitchen caters to your every culinary need.

** Please be advised, the 3rd Tuesday of each month the entire condo complex has pest control with inspections and treatment as necessary in all units.  By booking and staying on this date, your booking acknowledges you will grant access and treatment.

STUDIO UNIT :  1 Queen size bed in bedroom alcove (open to living room--sliding door closure)  There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.  This unit has large vaulted ceilings with no other condo above or below it.  There are only 4 of this type of studio unit in the complex.

KITCHEN:   Microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils

LAUNDRY: Coin & Credit Card Operated washing machines and dryers on-site, but not inside the unit.

ENTERTAINMENT:  Flat screen TV, satellite/cable connection with TV channels, Unit designated FREE INTERNET Wi-Fi connection

DINING:  Indoor & outdoor tables and chairs

LANAI:  Lanai with seating area and Umbrella

POOL / HOT TUB:  Pool Area has little Koi point with waterfalls, coastal, ocean & golf course views, gas grills, tables & chairs, lounge chairs.
