Black Sand Beach Rental es un condominio totalmente amueblado situado en un acantilado con vista al océano, adyacente a la playa de arena negra más conocida del mundo, Punalu'u Black Sand Beach. Es un bungalow de estilo polinesio ubicado en el "viejo Hawai", lejos de todo. Una verdadera escapada hawaiana!

Uno de los condominios más modernos y actualizados en el complejo Sea Mountain at Colony 1. De temática playera, ligera, luminosa y aireada.

Un dormitorio, un condominio de baño puede dormir cómodamente 2 personas, o un máximo de 4 con niños. El dormitorio incluye una nueva cama grande con plataforma King size, con persianas estilo Plantation, para bloquear la luz o abrirse y dejar entrar la fresca brisa hawaiana. La sala tiene un sofá cama Johnathan Louis Queen. El baño se actualizó recientemente con una gran ducha de pizarra natural.

Las comodidades incluyen una nueva lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de tamaño completo, por lo que no hay necesidad de caminar hasta la lavandería de la comunidad y pagar incluso proporcionar el jabón para la ropa. Cocina completa expandida recientemente remodelada, con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Gabinetes de madera hechos a medida, cocina moderna con temas de playa que te encantará.

Very enjoyable

The property is comfortable and also provided many amenities, such as extra beach chairs, umbrella, etc, and plenty of cookware and dishwater. TV was easy to operate, bed was comfortable and we loved the location!

What a nightmare!

very negative and hostile experience while at the pool with my family. I was approached my a woman while in the pool. She had a stick in her hand, was kind of like smacking her other hand with it. She asked me to follow her to read some sign. Which turned out to be the pool rules. She said that I had "bombed" the pool and dove in. Knowing that I am on vacation, with my family. I immediately tried to diffuse the situation by apologizing, saying my bad and it will not happen again. She continued to scold me in front my family and other guests. I walked away to return to my family. My daughter asked what was going on. I explained to her that I had broken some pool rules, explained to her what infraction was. I proceeded to get back in the pool. My daughter jumped in behind me. Here comes that lady again. Proceeds to berate and embarass me in front of my family and guests again. And I quote. See what you did? Now all the kids are breaking the rules because of you and a bunch of other nonsense. The only child that jumped into the pool was my 15 year old daughter. She jumped in feet 1st, didn't dive "bomb" or anything. At this point my family and I were embarrassed, hurt and felt unsafe staying any longer in the Colony. We came to Hawaii to relax, get away from uptight people and the grind of city life. To have this lady berate and belittle me not once, but twice in front of family is inexcusable and unacceptable. Especially after I profusely apologized for what I had done. I was never rude, combative/argumentative in anyway. How could I be? I was in the wrong. I don't know who this lady is but sounds like from what I was told she is the manager? Anyways. We paid a lot of money for this trip, had to do a lot to get here. We are trying to not let this incident to affect or trip, but sadly it has. We immediately left property in morning to go somewhere where we will be treated with respect and not stay somewhere in fear of being unfairly bullied and harassed. Upon check out we immediately got rude, disrespectful text from the cleaner! 😡 Was told by management they would try and rent unit and refund some my money. They never listed property! I should of got a partial refund regardless for the crap we were put through. TO ALL DO NOT RENT HERE! Place has a nasty ammonia smell in kitchen from animal feces somewhere, upstairs unit no AC so place is stifling hot, we saw two huge cain spiders, poorly managed. Just overall a horrible experience. ☹️☹️

Unfortunately this is not a fair review as there was a couple of broken rules at the pool and guest asked to read the rules. The resident manager does not carry a stick around, she said it was a palm frond she had picked up from her evening walk around the complex. Despite multiple conversations with this guest, the wanted to depart early due to this pool incident. This is the first I have heard anything about ammonia smell, and first I heard about any spiders. My policy is upon guest arrival to notify myself or cleaner of anything that may not be satisfactory. We work very hard to make sure guest is happy from the start of their arrival. To review a bad smell after a negative incident and two spiders appears questionable. I am sorry guest had an incident at the pool which caused them to depart but a negative review isn’t warranted.

Visit from Alaska

We stayed with our family of 4. The grounds were very nice and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool every night and we enjoyed the hot tub. The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed. If I only had one complaint it would be the beds. The bed in the master bedroom was not soft and comfortable at all. The hideaway bed was very uneven and uncomfortable also. But we were usually very tired and managed to sleep anyway. Overall great stay and would do it again. Mike and family from Alaska

Absolutely Wonderful!!

What a gem! The whole place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with what you would need to start out with on vacation, except for ketchup! The entire complex was very quiet. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony listening to the surf. Birds would be singing and come visit us! The bed was comfortable. Just an absolutely wonderful place. If we are ever in the same area again...we would definitely rent this unit again!! It was very thoughtfully supplied with whatever you would need for all your activities. Thank you so much for making our visit so amazing!!!
