Our stay was amazing! Our host, Michelle, was extremely communicative from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was also kind enough to accommodate a last minute early check-in, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly as described. The pool table and game room were such a fun bonus for my friends and I, and made the stay even better. The location was also super convenient! Very close to both the airport and the Strip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Vegas! Thanks again for hosting!

Not impressed. When we arrived, the house was unsecured. There were 2 windows cracked open, and the garage doors were not locked. You can’t lock the garage door coming into the house because the deadbolt is on the garage side. It was decently clean, except the towels which were an off white color and smelled musty. The concrete floors are less than appealing, and the pool table was dirty and scuffed, so much so that we decided not to even touch it. The location is great if you need to stay close to the airport but don’t want to stay on the strip.

Great spot for us to stay during a business conference. Basic comforts and room for all of us. Loved that this place had 3 separate bathrooms. Also the pool table was a fun extra!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our families long weekend stay. The owners are so kind and great to work with. The house is super close to the strip and accessible to so many things. We loved the outdoor space in the backyard and our teenagers enjoyed the game room in the garage that’s in progress. They even had a Christmas tree which made the house feel so festive and fun! Definitely recommend!

Location was great...the property us old, tired and not very clean and in need of an major overhaul. I had to call the host when 1 hour away, got no welcome email from her. Drive up to the property and garbage bin in front of home and another in the driveway. Open the door to enter and there is the pool table with a gross stain on the felt and cardboard under the legs to level it. No shower gel, no bricquets for BBQ, no griddle or waffle maker, one couch for sitting, all dining room chairs stained and dirty. Garbage and boxes outside. Master shower is three foot to get into the shower and the shower head is 5 feet tall. Towels thin and no ice maker, which host informed me it has not worked since COVID. I have photos but app will not upload

To set accurate expectations for future guests: Amenities: We do not list an ice maker, charcoal, griddle, or waffle maker as available amenities on our listing. Supplies & Cleanliness: We provide a fully stocked supply closet with extra body wash, shampoo, and dish soap for our guests. The trash bins are kept in the driveway intentionally to make it easy for guests to pull them to the curb for service days. Property Details: The pool table felt is fully repaired from a previous rip, not stained. Additionally, our standard shower heads are placed at a normal, standard height above five feet. We always strive to provide a welcoming experience and communicate respectfully with all of our guests. We wish you the best in your future travels. Best regards,

Nice stay

Nice property away from the strip. Clean and spacious. Would recommend having some paper towels in the kitchen or cloth towels. Also, an electric kettle to heat water for coffee would be nice. Otherwise, no complaints

Great Home, Great Location

Clean, spacious and inviting home. Easy booking, very simple check-in and check-out. Michelle is very commutative, with quick responses and very willing with suggestions. This home is the perfect place to stay for a family or multiple families, very conveniently located minutes from shopping, grocery stores, airport and The Strip. It has all of the things you need for a short stay. Would gladly stay here again.

Spacious and Cozy

This home was perfect for our weekend stay…. Exactly how the photos show. All the amenities you need, shopping close by. We stopped at a grocery store on the way, picked up everything we needed. Very clean, and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Pool table was lots of fun! We would definitely stay here again. Michelle was awesome, responded very quickly prior to our stay, and we never had to contact her for anything.

Great Location But

The house is situation in a great location, near the strip and everything else you may need. The layout of the house is very comfortable and roomy. We had 8 adults and 2 young children and nobody was in each other's way. That said, the house is a bit dated or heavily used and could do with a bit of freshening up. Cleaning could have been better as well. When communicated with the owner/property manager they were receptive to the constructive feedback and were very polite. Overall not a bad place to stay in Vegas.

Just What We Hoped It Would Be

The house, location, and amenities were just what we needed for a special family gathering. We did a few activities but spent most of our time at the house cooking family recipes and catching up after a long absence. Wonderful experience and excellent host! Definitely recommend this house & host!
