Great place for a Vegas getaway

Lots of updates to the house, very clean, comfortable beds and a modern feel. Good backyard setup with pool, plenty of shade and lounges. Close to the airport and strip. Wed definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Best stay ever again!!!

Our stay for the second time was amazing just like the first. Martin the host always makes sure we have all that we need and keeps great communication with us at all times. This place is roomy yet cozy and comfortable for all 8 of my family members. Conveniently located around everything within walking distance from dinning to shopping. You will love your stay here.

Great stay with the family

We had an awesome time at this rental! We came out to visit family and this house worked perfectly for us. Nice/safe neighborhood, clean house, property manager was really great to work with and rental was just as expected. Our youngest kiddo was 8 and the oldest were teens. They all had an excellent time in the pool! Would definitely come back to this rental.

Wonderful for a family weekend getaway

The home was very modern. Smart T.V.”s in every room. Very comfortable beds in the master bedroom. The pool was a great size for our group. With a nice gazebo in the back to relax and look at the sky. The location was great away from the busy city. There is a nice casino down the street with a movie theater, bowling alley and a kids play place. We definitely want to come back on another trip. Martin was a great property manager. He was very responsive and worked on taking care of our issues in a timely manner.

Book this home! It's lovely!

Our stay at this house was simply delightful! Martin has created a cozy and inviting space. The house was very clean.The beds were comfortable, we slept soundly each night.The location of the house was also perfect. A peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to the action and the airport...this was very important. The only thing i can say was missing was, we're tea drinkers and there were no teaspoons. The number of cutlery and cups doesn't match the max # of guests. Other than that, thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great house to stay at!!!

Everything about this house was wonderful! Check in was so easy with the door code. The house was very clean, and just little things that made our stay so nice. They had k-cups there, which was such a bonus! Plenty of TP and paper towels. It is so nice to have that. It gives you the hotel amenities, but yet you have the full kitchen. I also needed to fluff a blouse, and the dryer has a steam feature. That was so handy! The back yard with pool was very comfortable. We laid out in the sun a couple of times, and the lounge chairs were great. There is also the covered couch that was so nice to get out of the sun. Love the location. You are very close to everything in Henderson. We like to hike, and we did just drive over to the park and hiked. But there is shopping and a coffee shop near by. Again, very happy with everything!!!!

Great Weekend with Family!

My husband, my cousin and her husband rented this house the weekend of October 8 - 11 in order to attend a family reunion in Henderson. The house is beautiful, well appointed and very clean. We had a small issue with low batteries in the smoke alarm and Martin, the owner, helped us remedy the situation immediately. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook, and the host kindly supplied us with many coffee pods for the Keurig. The outdoor deck area was lovely, especially at night with the lighting. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and about a mile away from the commercial district where you can get anything you need. Also tons of dining options. Just a head's up that the back area of the house backs up to Warm Springs Road and it can be loud with the traffic going by; however, with the windows closed you can't hear any traffic from the inside. All-in-all it was a fantastic stay, and Martin is a great host. Highly recommended.

VRBO Las Vegas Family Vacation

We selected this property to accommodate our family vacation to visit family in Las Vegas. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Ample cleaning and laundry supplies, towels, toiletries and various pantry items. The home has modern technology, equipped with Lutron lighting (my FAVORITE) with dimming capabilities throughout, and all TVs are smart televisions with access to many streaming services. The kids room - full size bed with a bunk bed on top as well as playstation games kept the kids entertained after fun days in the pool. The pool is an excellent size with plenty of seating and pool floaties. While the initial cleaning of the property was less than adequate, the property manager immediately responded and compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Las Vegas who wants a spacious home off the strip to enjoy.

Great pool

We enjoyed that the property was a quick drive away from the strip. The pool was great for a family to enjoy, you can hear the road behind but that is not an issue for us. We did have it heated, it only took a few hours for the hot tub to heat up.. The house has all the necessities, though we did need more wash cloths than we had. There is a double queen master and a queen room plus a small bunk room. The house is well air conditioned and the rooms all have Netflix which was nice with kids.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed this property very much! The house has a lot of room and is very modern and updated. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and check in easy. The owner was super friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any questions we had. We wanted a place away from the strip, but close enough to go if we wanted to. We mostly wanted a house with a pool to enjoy some sunshine. The pool and outside area were exactly what we were looking for. We were able to have the pool heated too. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!
