KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Additionally, a Keurig coffee machine is provided for your convenience. Whether you're planning a holiday feast or whipping up a quick meal, you'll have everything you need to prepare and serve your food.

The kitchen is separated from the great room by a spacious granite island, which provides ample room for gathering and entertaining. The large dining table, which seats eight people, is the perfect spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal with your loved ones. And with extra seating available at the island, everyone can comfortably enjoy their food and conversation together.

BEDROOMS:
3 total bedrooms, including a master suite:

Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Master suite with a king bed, two walk-in closets, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Queen bed

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level, Bunk Room): Twin over a twin bunk bed and a queen over a queen bunk bed set

BATHROOMS:
There are 2.5 full bathrooms in the home. On the upper level, you'll find the master en suite which features a double vanity, a large glass shower, and a spacious stand-alone soaking tub. Additionally, there's a convenient hallway half bath on this level. On the lower level, you'll find another full bathroom. With plenty of space and amenities, these bathrooms provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for all guests.

LIVING AREAS
The upper level living area boasts an open concept design, seamlessly integrating the dining room, kitchen, and great room. *Camera for monitoring the driveway and exterior of the home for safty and security. No cameras inside the home.
*Early / late may be allowed with authorization (extra fees likely apply).

Our home is peaceful, perfect for relaxation and enjoying quality time with friends and family. We do have a zero tolerance policy for abusive and negligent behavior, as well as disrespectful groups.
