Standard deposit
• $500 for every reservation.
Last-minute bookings (made within 7 days of check-in) and/or Local-resident bookings:
• Homes with up to 5 bedrooms – additional $500 (total deposit $1,000).
• Homes with 6+ bedrooms – additional $1,000 (total deposit $1,500).

July 4th stays
• Add $500 to the applicable deposit above.

Smoking policy
• Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited.
• If smoking occurs indoors, a $750 cleaning/damage fee will apply.
• Depending on the extent of cleaning or repairs needed, the entire security deposit will be forfeited
