RELAXATION at its core! Look out over the ocean waves inside or outside. Listen to the restful waves while sitting in the A/C. Just a hop skip and jump to the beach. No need to pack a lunch during your beach day so safe and virtually private you can leave your stuff on the beach to walk home eat relax and then enjoy the afternoon. The balcony offers views of the beach PLUS the intercostal water way. Here you can watch breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets! Topsail is a fishing destination! Spend time right outside surf fishing your heart out or in just minutes you can be at any or the 3 fishing piers on the island. There are many places to eat on the island in surf city or right off the island in both directions. Many nightlife bars on the island they are close but not too close if that's not your thing. This is the perfect place for rest and rejuvenation.

Love the location. Beach access is just steps away. Being able to bring my fur babies is the best part.You do have an ocean view. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. The outside shower definitely came in handy everyday. Even though our stay was short we enjoyed our time with our fur babies at the beach. Would stay again

The property was exactly as described and in a great location, just a very short walk to the beach. One of the best features was the lift, which made getting our luggage, groceries, and beach supplies up to the top floor incredibly easy without having to carry everything up the stairs.We also really appreciated that the house was stocked with starter supplies when we arrived. It was a small touch that made a big difference—we could get there, settle in, and start enjoying our vacation without immediately worrying about running to the store for all the little necessities.Overall, the property was convenient, well thought out, and made for a very enjoyable and stress-free beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Condos location is excellent, very short walk to beach. Condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper products. Host responded quickly for questions. Would recommend this condo to anyone when traveling to N Topsail Usland.

A much needed break

The house was very well stocked with supplies. We were well pleased and we enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach is excellant.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and dog. Good views of the ocean from two of the bedrooms and living room, as well as the porch. Less than a minute walk to the beach! Great communication from host.

The location of this beach home was absolutely perfect. Within just steps from a beach access and great view of the water way. Very homey feeling. Loved the outdoor shower. Perfect for washing off littles after a beach day

Great Experience!

Check-in was straightforward and simple. Communication with host prompt. House was in great condition and well-stocked with everything we needed. 30 second walk to reach the beach! Great location to reach other areas of interest nearby, such as restaurants and the downtown area. I can’t recommend this place more—it was everything we were looking for and at the right price point.

It was a good trip check process was a little aggravating, but I attribute that to Vrbo not the owner. And the Internet had apparently knocked out the TV in the bedroom, which was a little cumbersome but all in all a great trip

This was the best home we have stayed in at Topsail Beach! Everything was outstanding! The location to the beach itself was amazing. Three minutes and you are on the beach. You get water views from almost all of the windows and everything was wonderful!

We had the most amazing week!! The house is well stocked and the water views are awesome! The host is very quick to respond and very sweet! We also loved being able to bring our dog with us and let him join us on vacation!! So many great things to say about this place!!

We loved the house! It was very clean and it had everything we needed for our trip. It was very close to the beach and had a great ocean view. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and we were also able to walk to the beach each day. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any question we asked. I highly recommend staying here! We definitely plan on coming back!
