Un Poco ventoso Cottage es un paseo muy corto a las encantadoras playas de Rockport, MA. Se puede alojar cómodamente hasta 7 personas, entre ellas un gemelo sobre litera doble, un dormitorio principal de matrimonio y un pop-up cama nido en la sala de sol. En un rincón escondido, esta casa le da su privacidad de los huéspedes de sus vecinos con su follaje de árboles de melocotón y plantas con flores. We loved our stay at this clean, comfy cottage in the heart of Rockport! We walked everywhere and enjoyed breakfasts, lunches, and dinners all around this special town. Everything we needed was right there for us, and during our chat with our hosts, we could tell they are wonderful people. They were so helpful with local restaurant recommendations and made sure we were completely settled in. A highlight of our weekend was exploring Halibut Point State Park and attending The Sam Grisman Project concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center after a lovely dinner in town. We can’t wait to come back again!

The Breezy Cottage was so lovely! Liz was great at communicating and very responsive. The cottage was clean, decorated so cute but minimal, perfect for our trip of parents/grandparents/toddler/infant. Multiple seating options outside w grilling area fire pitsunning chairporch bed2outdoor dining. Washer/dryer in basement were in great condition/no funky smells. Bathroom was neat small and functional. You can see the sea from the kitchen. You're at the end of a cul de sac and the other end is ocean. And a gazebo that has concerts on the weekends in summer that sadly we missed coming in october but it was beautiful in its own fall way. Easy walking distance to bearskin neck. Everything you could want in an seaside cottage. Parking is def 2 vehicles max, our van took up most of the driveway but it's a flat driveway not on a hill. There was a pack n play in the closet, board games and train set in the sun room, everything you need in the kitchen, beach seats plus buckets and wagon in the basement. Loved loved this place!

The cottage is tucked away on a quiet lane yet close to everything — lovely walks nearby, Bearskin Neck a little farther. It is well set up for a family with kids. The kitchen is well equipped, cottage immaculate, parking for our 1 small car easy. The only negative for us, as seniors who weren’t outside all day, was that the living area with sofas and coffee table was quite dark. (We were there in late September, and this probably wouldn’t be an issue during the summer months.)

Perfect location in the idyllic town of Rockport. All rooms were very nice and all modern amenities. Walking distance to everything. Beach at the end of the street and larger one right down road. Love spending time in Bearskin Neck and had great meals at My Place by the Sea (call at 12pm for same day reservations) and The Fish Shack. Loved the view at The Hideway for great cocktails and charcuterie. Highly recommend short trips to Hammond Castle and Crane Hill estate nearby..

Cute, spacious cottage in a prime location in Rockport. We enjoyed a five minUte walk to a sandy swimming beach and a five minute walk into the heart of the village of Rockport. Thank u so much to Elizabeth for being such a great host.

A very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful time in Rockport. The cottage is very well laid out. Lots of thoughtful touches like beach supplies. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Front Beach is a sand beach and is very nice for sunbathing and swimming. A short drive to Halibut Point State Park which is beautiful. Do not miss Hammond Castle Museum. So beautiful and interesting. Lovely cottage and area.

Breezy Cottage

A quaint cottage located on a quiet dead end street a short walk to the beach. Breezy Cottage is comfortable and offers a variety of spots to curl up and read a good book or just enjoy a glass of wine or beer, compliments of the homeowners! A little nook in the kitchen offering a view of the ocean, a covered porch with a comfy swing and fairy lights in the bushes, a back deck to enjoy your morning coffee and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to eat in. The beds are comfortable. A short walk brings you to several beaches, downtown Rockport and Bearskin Wharf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as well as our interaction with Elizabeth and Tim, the cottage owners. If you are looking for the perfect vacation rental, look no further! Hope to return!! Thank you Elizabeth and Tim! Happy Summer!

The Breezy Cottage was a breeze!

I loved staying at the Breezy Cottage. It's location was perfect, with a short and lovely walk into town, and a great starting-off point for driving to the local towns and villages. The house was well-appointed with everything you could possibly need, and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. One thing I would caution you on is the Google GPS feature on your phone. When heading out of town to Gloucester or Ipswich or other locales, Google GPS gets really confused and will have you driving in circles. Check the map first, and get onto your preferred highway without using GPS. Once you're on your way, the GPS works fine. Rockport is a great little town, and I hope to return and stay at the Breezy Cottage.

Cozy and Clean!

My wife and I stayed at Breezy Cottage while attending an art event in Rockport. We found Liz's home to be very charming, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The home is located on a quiet dead-end street with off the street parking within an easy walk to town. We will definitely return and would highly recommend "Breezy Cottage."

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was awesome! We were literally a block from the beach. The owners were close by if we needed anything. Very best part was the convince of the train station in town. You could take train all the way to Boston. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway with plenty to do

The cottage is clean and comfortable, perfect for our medium family group (we had 6 people stay here). The location couldn’t be better. It’s set back away from the beach but easily walkable to the ocean. We walked to the completely empty beach on our second night and enjoyed the amazing sights and sounds of the beach at night

Lovely stay at the breezy cottage!

We had an amazing stay at the breezy cottage! We loved everything about this place. The location was terrific, in walking distance to the beach and town! The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit one night and lounged in the porch swing in the morning.We hope to come here soon!

Just What We Needed

My husband, daughter and I just returned from a most relaxing 3 days at Liz’s Rockport cottage. The house itself was lovely, clean and peaceful. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the evenings, listening to music while rocking on the porch swing and playing Pictionary and other games in the cozy family room. Located on a quiet dead end street, Liz’s cottage is just a 5 minute stroll from Front Beach, a small little beach perfect for swimming and beach combing, and Back beach, a rocky and scenic beach perfect for morning walks and afternoon sight-seeing. While we enjoyed our fair-share of lounging about the cottage, the cottage was also a great home-base from which we were able to venture out to Salem, Halibut State Park, Gloucester and of course, Bearskin Neck in Rockport, which is just down the road and not a 5 minute drive. Cape Ann is such a beautiful area and there really is so much to explore! Having stayed at many home rental properties over the years, I have to say that Liz was one of our favorite experiences. The house was clean and comfortable without being sterile, it is an easy walk to a great beach, and it is close to all the sights and experiences Cape Ann has to offer! Liz herself couldn’t have been more warm or welcoming and we can’t thank her enough for such a lovely stay! in

Everything you need at your fingertips.

This is a perfect simple summer house. I stayed there with my son, his wife and my 3 year old grandson. We really didn't need to drive anywhere, walked to the beach everyday, or to Brother's Brew to get a fresh donut...In the afternoon another outing to the beautiful park or to the beach again or Bearskin Neck. If you have young children this is absolutely perfect. Gloucester is a short drive away with more beaches, shopping, museums and Italian bakeries. Highly recommend!!!!

Lovely Cottage

We had a wonderful time in the cottage in Rockport. Communication, check-in all were very easy. The house is very well maintained. It was decorated really nice. We really enjoyed the gardens around the house. We enjoyed trying out all the fun patio areas. We loved the swing on the porch and outside shower .The hosts were perfect. Looking forward to our next visit.

Idyllic vacation to the Breezy Cottage

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Breezy Cottage. The five of us found it very comfortable. There are several places where people can congregate (kitchen table, outdoor dining table, living room, porch, indoor dining room and TV area) so everyone is not on top of one another. The porch has the most comfortable swing I've ever sat on--my son even decided to sleep on it one night. The beach is just down the street (especially good for kids) and the business district--filled with cute stores, galleries, and restaurants--just a little further away. Everything is very walkable. The exceptional Good Harbor Beach is a few miles away. There are lots of thoughtful touches (like extra raincoats in the closet). The host is very warm and helpful. Highly recommend!
