Mature tropical landscaping and an 8-foot privacy fence surrounding the property create a secluded setting where you can truly relax.

Inside, high ceilings, Brazilian hardwood floors and abundant natural light create an open and inviting atmosphere.
Large sliding glass doors connect the indoor living areas and primary suite directly to the pool and lanai, making indoor-outdoor living part of your stay.
Two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out.
The family room features two comfortable sofas, a 65-inch Smart TV with YouTube TV, books and games, with large sliding doors opening directly to the pool.
A second living room provides another comfortable space for conversation, reading or simply enjoying some quiet time. The elegant dining room seats six.

Located away from the guest bedrooms for added privacy, the spacious primary suite offers direct access to the pool and lanai.
At its center is a split adjustable king bed with two independent remote controls, allowing each guest to select their preferred sleeping or lounging position. There's even a massage setting for an extra touch of relaxation.
The suite also includes two walk-in closets and a spacious ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

The two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the villa, making the layout especially comfortable for families, couples traveling together and extended stays.
The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and spacious closet.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet.
Both bedrooms share the second full bathroom, which features a large vanity, tub/shower combination and linen closet.

One of the best parts of staying here is having Manasota Beach only about 6 minutes away—and we've already taken care of the beach gear.
We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler, Tommy Bahama cooler backpack and sand sifters for hunting the fossilized shark teeth Venice is famous for.
A gas grill is also available for relaxed meals at home after a day at the beach.
