Great home looks even nicer in person. Beautifully decorated and kitchen has everything you need. Loved screened in porch for relaxing and reading. Nice large TVs. Must have car to get to downtown and beach (10 min drive is very convenient, or could Uber). Also 2 Publix grocery stores and an Aldi near by for those who like to cook or forgot something. Quiet neighborhood. Park w/ swings for kids nearby. Very clean and family-friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was immaculate and communication with the owner/manager couldn’t have been easier and they were very responsive. It was very close to downtown Venice and the beaches, and there is plenty of shopping nearby. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, including a nice starter basket of essentials like trash bags and dish detergent. We definitely used the coffee maker! We loved the layout of the home and that it was on a nice quiet street (very close to a park that we would have used if we had any kids with us). We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

This house is a beautiful home, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a upscale stay. We did have a lil hiccup getting in, but the owner was very quick to jump on the issue and get us in the house.

Great location for downtown life and beaches!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect location for our family - close to Caspersen Beach where we love going shark teeth hunting, the downtown for restaurants and shopping after a day at the beach & the park literally across the street was something our kids liked in the mornings! The property is very clean and nicely decorated with new furnishings and very well stocked. We would definitely return!

Great home very convenient location

The home is very clean, brand new and well equipped. Mattresses were very comfortable. Everything functioned and worked as it should and we had a great stay. The neighborhood is cute and extremely convenient to the Horse Show grounds as well as downtown and grocery stores. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay in this well-kept home. It was super clean and everything seemed brand-new. The bed was so comfy which made it easy to sleep in due to the dark shades and quiet neighborhood. The location was close to everywhere we needed to be for our daughter's wedding. It was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend this little house to anyone who is interested.

The best rental weve ever stayed at

This place is so cute and extremely clean! We were blown away at how clean it was. Very modern decor, super cute. Loved hanging out at the outdoor patio. We have two children under 2 and this place had everything we needed (pack n play, beach toys, beach umbrella, beach wagon, kids cups and utensils, etc)! It is also right next to a park and my almost 2 yr old had the best time there. Super safe neighborhood that was in the most convient location. It was so close to multiple beaches, shopping, and food. Beds and furniture were comfy. My daughter also loved the small table and floor pillows (to have her tea parties). Also the pack n play has a bassinet which was perfect for my 1month old baby. We will definitely be coming back if we ever visit venice again!

Newer Home Near Venice & Legacy Trail

This was a newer home in an older neighborhood that was quiet and very low traffic. Second year renting a home in this neighborhood. Great location near Venice and other beaches. Legacy Bike Trail minutes away and safely accesible from home via Bike in minutes with only one major intersection to navigate to get to Trail. Surrounding Neighborhoods had large sidewalks to ride when no Bike Lanes were available. Home was close to many restuarants and stores. House appeared well stocked with many ammenities for the home and beach. We did not take advantage of any of the items, but they seemed in good shape. The Home was cozy and open and had lots of space for the wife and I. The home is way more roomier than it looks from the outside, and would easily accomidate a family. Our favorite part was the large screened in patio area with Propane grill and furniture. It was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the warmth of the day in the shade and watch and listen to all the birds. The Internet worked great for phones and email. Never turned on the TV but they were large and newer. Interaction with host was easy through VRBO Portal and response time was very quick and friendly. We would definitly stay here again.
