The space
Tuluminati House is nestled in the exclusive section of Aldea Zama, the most luxurious community in Tulum. This upscale neighborhood is in a secure prime location with full amenities. The community is just a short couple kilometers from Tulum’s pristine beach.
Tuluminati House is located in a stunning gated-residential community, where you'll enjoy two refreshing large pools, lush vegetation, a tranquil open-air reading lounge, a modern gym with a gorgeous yoga deck, perfect for disconnecting and finding your zen, among many other on-site luxury amenities. We combined the best of antiquity and the mysticism of Tulum, with all of the necessary amenities to ensure your comfort.
Tuluminati House is the Penthouse of a third floor building, surrounded by Tulum nature, with amazing views, giving you a truly immersive experience. The house’s boho chic décor style features an open layout concept, as well as organic materials, creating an environment that is completely in harmony with Tulum’s natural surroundings. 
The rooftop, our personal favorite part of the house, is sophisticatedly adorned with a bohemian and elegant style. You will be able to see amazing jungle views, enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by trees,  sizeable jacuzzi , lounge cabana, as well as a beach bed. It is without a doubt the ideal spot for taking in the moment, relaxing, tanning, listening to music and enjoying Tulum vibes with your friends and family.
The main level of the property features a balcony, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and an open-concept living/dining area that flows towards the pool. You will be dazzled by the views of the trees and gardens through walls of glass. A curated collection of rustic and contemporary furnishings and accessories have been chosen with your comfort in mind. The house was specifically  created to give you perfect photo spots while also being functional and giving you a luxury feeling. The house is thoughtfully complemented by details as Riedel Decanter, fine glasses, high quality speakers and a Nescafe coffee machine.....
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, a large wooden closet, a large smart TV, a make-up area with a beautiful vanity mirror and an integrated bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, a large smart TV and a large wooden closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with their own ceiling fan and AC unit, luxury bedding and linens, in addition to high end mattresses.
The bathrooms feature Create & Barrel towels, beautifully selected decorations and fine bath products refilled every day.
The house is a 5 minutes walk from the heart of Aldea Zama, where you'll find plenty cafes, markets, shops and restaurants. This is a gorgeous area to have breakfast, go shopping or sample the cuisine .

We provide House Cleaning Service everyday from Monday to Saturday at 11am, once that you come back home from your day, you fill find Tuluminati House picture perfect!
By night you will transform the Dinning Room in a peaceful third Bedroom, with a comfortable high end Sofa Bed.
The house has High Speed Internet, Washer and Dryer with products free to use.
