Location and so much to do!

Excellent stay. Very comfortable. Appreciated the labeling of everything for an easier stay. Loved how close it was to the clubhouse/golf course. Great back porch for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The pool table and ping pong table were a game changer. We hope to be back!

Perfect house for our family!!

Exceptional

This was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need. It even had a pantry which was especially helpful because I stayed for several weeks. Loved the circular drive. The beds were very comfortable. My family enjoyed playing pool and foosball. I would definitely stay there again.

The staging was perfect.

The staging was perfect. It was an excellent place to stay very clean and easy access to everything that we wanted to go do. Loved working with White Squirrel realtors. They were so efficient and extremely helpful. And they have such a great positive way to communicate to others. Truly enjoyed how easy it was to call and speak to a live person who is so positive and exciting to talk to and quickly able to answer questions

Several quirks with property. I’m sure they will be fixed before another tenant rents. Great layout of house.

The house was very clean.

The house was very clean. It was plenty of room for our family and the view of the golf course was nice. It is very close to the Clubhouse , pool and golf course. My grandsons loved the big red sofa downstairs. There is plenty of parking at this property. There is also a hiking trail near the house. Lake Ataghai is close also. Location is great!!! The staff was very easy to work with. Jana and Cassye are very good at their job. The air conditioner broke at the house we rented but they found us another house in Connestee Falls that worked for our family.

Great home for our getaway

The property was well-appointed and had everything our group needed. The kitchen was the nicest I've seen in a rental property. Comfortable beds, couches, and plenty of room for all of us. The one small complaint was that the trash in the garage hadn't been taken out in a while, and so the garage was filled with gnats. Too many for us to be able to enjoy the pool table out there. But I assume that was a fluke and not a regular occurrence. Hiking to Connestee Falls was an adventure! The trails are precarious in places, so make sure you wear appropriate footwear, and study the provided trail maps. Beautiful scenery, and hardly anyone else out hiking. 20 minutes to downtown Brevard is also very nice. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping there.

This is a beautiful home and perfect for a big family or group. We loved sitting and enjoying our coffee and cocktails on the two shaded screened porches. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and adjustable. You can keep your family entertained at the house with the pool table, ping pong table and foosball. There was also a beautiful chessboard and lots of games. The location was quiet and private with a view of the golf course through the trees. We came up for a family reunion and thoroughly enjoyed one of the park areas on the lake and the playground with our family. The kids didn’t want to leave. In addition, our hosts stayed in contact and made sure check in went smoothly. Thank you for a memorable trip. We will definitely be back.
