World-class dream estate nestled in the Santa Catalina Mountains w/gorgeous mountain, sunset & sunrise views sitting on 3.73 acres w over 6,200 sq ft. 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen w/ 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. Primary is expansive w/lovely en-suite bath, 2nd primary is also on main floor which now features 2 queen beds. Upstairs 3 add'l en-suite bedrooms! 2 if the 3 upstairs bedrooms feature king size beds and the 3rd bedroom features 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. Exceptional backyard w/ several patios, pool, spa & million $ views! MONTHLY DISCOUNTS. NO SMOKING
The space
The setting is truly magical! Very private and quiet, however only 10 to 15 minutes from great shopping and dining and dining and golf.
Other things to note
Please be advised that we absolutely discourage partying of any type, So if you're thinking of this as a party house this will not work for you. Also, there is absolutely no smoking on the property anywhere. Guests must abide by the community HOA Covenants, Conditions and Regulations.
NO SMOKING ENTIRE PROPERTY INSIDE & OUTSIDE.
NO PETS
Please be aware that we do not allow children under 12 years of age.
The fireplaces are decorative only and not to be used. Also the garage is not available for use. There is plenty of parking in front of the residence. Lastly, The home is located in a natural setting so you may encounter wildlife.

This home is stunning with expansive space for people to spread out and relax. The views are absolutely amazing during all parts of the day. And Mark is a wonderful host. This was a fantastic vacation for five couples that needed to escape the cold and relax in the desert.

Fantastic property. Friends reunion of four families and we had ample space to rest, relax and commune. Jacuzzi is outstanding. Pool heats nicely too. Views are amazing. Beds are quite comfy. Amazing stay in Tucson! This house was everything it appeared to be in the listing and more. A beautiful and serene setting with wildlife galore (javalinas, coyotes, deer, and birds everywhere!) The pictures do not do the interior justice - or perhaps they seem too good to be true but the art work is beautiful as are all the exquisite furniture pieces. Very accessible to all of Tucson, Mark the host was great to work with - very responsive and super focused on guests. We loved our stay!

Excellent property in an exclusive location

This is an excellent property, and fit all 9 of us with ease. It was clean, in a very safe neighborhood, with all the necessary amenities. The property owner, Mark, was very responsive and easy to get along with. Beds were comfy, the view is unbelievable and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. It was a wonderful vacation!

Wow! This property was absolutely fabulous. The beauty of the mountainous landscape is exceptional and pairs nicely with the beauty of the interior of this home. From the moment we arrived for our 5 day trip, we were in comfortable luxury. Mark was always available and attentive to every need. The house has everything you could possibly need so we felt right at home. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals for our group of 9 and there are wonderful spaces to dine together. The house was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We got a great deal of enjoyment out of the birds and wildlife in the area too. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat and were honestly a little sad to leave it. Thank you Mark for allowing us to stay at your incredible desert oasis.
