We usually book vacation homes with 777 rentals and just like in the past this property did not disappoint! We wished that there were more bedroom storage like dressers with drawers.

Large Accommodations and very clean. Simple Check out process

This property was able to accommodate our 12 person group. Everyone was able to have their own bed which really made everyone feel comfortable. The property was very clean. The hot tub was also a nice touch especially our stay being in the winter. Brian was very quick to respond to any request or question I had. I’d recommend this property to anyone who is looking to do Vegas with a big group.

Amazing Home & Service!!! Best Host in Las Vegas!!

We rent nightly rentals very often and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The home was represented very well and the description was exactly what we got. The home was perfect for our group. The booking process was easy and smooth. The communication from 777 Rentals was top-notch. Family Birthday Reunion

Our check-in was smooth, communications were clear, and there was enough room for our group of 20 family members from 5 different states. We enjoyed our stay at the large home, celebrating several birthdays and just hanging out together, cooking, grilling, toasting, playing games, watching movies, and the big fight on Showtime PPV. We also did a strip trip to the casinos one night, which was in close proximity. The pool was cleaned on our last day, after most of our group had left, so we didn't get to enjoy it, but will make time to utilize next time, along with the jacuzzi. Thanks so much for allowing us to host our little impromptu family birthday reunion!!!🥳🎂🍾🥂

Great house

Really nice house. Remodeled. We cooked in the kitchen, grilled outside, enjoyed the hot tub, did laundry, etc. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. The living room could be set up better. We pulled chairs and love seats from other rooms just so everyone could sit and watch a ball game or a movie. But that's about the only negative I can think of. Tons of provided towels for both the pool and for showers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. And their cleanup requirements on our way out were very reasonable with plenty of garbage bins immediately outside the house. We'd stay again

Family Reunion

The Southwest Castle was perfect for our Family reunion celebrating my Father’s 90th bday. Our party consisted of 23 ages 2-89 yrs old. Communication with Property management was excellent and very responsive. They purchased a handheld shower and shower chair for the master bath for my parents who are in their late 80’s. They also provided brand new high chairs for the toddlers in our party. Only suggestion for shower improvements is to add permanent grab bars in master bath and some of the other showers for safety reasons. Home and pool area was clean and we appreciated it was stocked with check-in necessities such as hand soaps, paper towels, toilet paper and dish detergents. Pool and bath towels were plentiful but need more wash cloths. All bedroom could use luggage racks (only a few had). Thankyou for the late checkout. Overall our stay was enjoyable and would definitely book again.
