Host was very welcoming. Needs some updates in the house but it was still perfect for what we needed. Pool was cleaned up for us to use. The house was lacking some extra toilet paper and extra towels for almost a full house, but we made due with a Walmart just down the road.

The house was huge, especially for four guys. Master bed was very firm, but some of the other beds were pretty beat up. Nice bath towels, but no hand towels. Quiet neighborhood. Quick communication.

We had an amazing time, we just wished we had one more day, this home is incredible, the owner was extremely accommodating, the rooms are very spacious, it's excellent for any large group, plenty of space, pool is beautiful, we just had a very good time, next time that were in Vegas we'll definitely be re- booking!!!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and all of the perks that came with it including the pool and spacious living room and kitchen. The owner let us know everything we needed to know beforehand and was very respectful. Definitely will keep this place in mind for future stays.

Host was very responsive to communications. Bedrooms/bathrooms were very spacious and worked well for our larger family group. Living spaces were a bit sterile with little/no wall amenities. Huge living room sofa but unit could use more furniture such as a dining room table (dining room was empty), more island seating and living room end tables.

Perfect Spot!

This was the perfect place for my family and I...All adults, the location is conveniently locatatd near the Las Vegas strip for easy access. And it had all the amenities we were wanting (pool, putting green, gas grill). We had a great time and this will be the place I book moving forward when I come to Vegas!

Beautiful, great location host was quick to reply with any accommodations that we needed. The only downfall I have to say was there was a lack of extra towels and toilet paper. Other than that it was fantastic!

When it comes to planning a getaway with a large group, finding the right accommodation can make all the difference. I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic vacation rental that perfectly catered to our needs. With enough room for all 10 of us, this place was not only spacious but also conveniently located and incredibly well-managed.

Check-in was easy. Host was incredibly responsive. Huge house. It was perfect for what we used it for, however part of our group's flight was cancelled and so we didn’t use the house as much as we wanted. The beds are comfortable. The A/C works. Safety was a priority to the host and I appreciated that with my toddler staying with us. Coffee and coffee brewing machines were on the counter. Waters in the fridge. I only had issues with minor things like in the master bedroom, the floor pops when you walk around. That was a struggle with a sleeping toddler and trying to sneak out to hang out with our friends. There is a hole in the ceiling but it's in a room you don't use and if you don't zone in on it, you will absolutely forget about it. It was fun to look around the home as it has tons of space and character. Check-out was the easiest process ever. Ultimately, this house felt like a torn up house that has been rennovated into something liveable. So, the commodities are amazing (beds clean, towels clean, etc.), but the house needs a little more work to be a home. We would stay again for our board game convention each year.

Great place for a group of friends!

This place was great. The house is huge and very open so it is very easy to hang as a group in a common area. It's also rare to find such a big house with so many beds that close to the strip. There probably needs to be some finishing touches to make the house complete but hey, it's vegas. All you need is a bed, fridge/freezer, and a bathroom (which all were nice). Would rent again.

Convenient location. Pool was great and house was very clean.Needs more towels. Only had one poor quality bath towel per person and was told to use the washer and dryer if we needed more! We also bought pool towels as there were none. No dining room table, had to rent table and chairs so we could have a sit down dinner for ten people. No wine glasses. House needs some amenities that we are use to in higher end rentals.

The burglar alarm was set and the code I was given wouldn't turn it off. I had to wait for the host to turn it off. It was really loud and annoying for the neighbors.The code to unlock the door worked once, but didn't work for the rest of the stay.The backyard was littered in palm branches and cigarette butts. The pool was clean though.The house was clean, but there's a hole in the ceiling where you can see through a vent and see the sky.Considering how many people this house sleeps, there isn't very much eating space. The dining room table only sat 8. The bar doesn't have an overhang, so you can't sit up to the bar to eat.A few bathrooms only had shampoo and conditioner, no soap. And none of the bathrooms had any wash cloths. We get a Vrbo every year we visit Vegas. But I think next time, we are just going to get hotel rooms on the strip.
