Tämä ylellinen koti, josta on näkymä Atlantin valtamerelle, on osa Sunrise Beach Resortia, joka on vuonna 2007 rakennettu yksinoikeudella aidattu yhteisö vain 10 muun kodin kanssa. (Vuokraan myös yksiköitä 109 ja 111 kotona 4441696 ja 4441714, jos tarvitset useampaa kuin yhtä kotia.) Kotimme on kolmas lounaaseen päin olevasta vesireunasta. Spring Break in the Keys

The house and amenities were wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a fun vacation on the water. We used the fishing rods and kayaks and had a great time! The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The property was lovely, right on the water with a pool and little beach. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the property. Check in and check out were super easy. Communication was excellent, John provided all the information we needed and more. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our vacation!

Amazing get away vacation home

Place is awesome, the location is great and close to key west , super clean and house has everything u may need , the fact i could have my boat right in front of the house was priceless, definitely will be back . The owner is pretty responsive and always willing to help .

The house very comfortable and pleasant. It was convenient to Key West, yet far enough for relaxation. The only downside was that the snorkel equipment was not functional and the large coffee pot seemed to be broken. Despite the faults, I would recommend the house to my friends and family.

Way Above Expectations!

John's place was Amazing!! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated with "Key West" charm and had every amenity. The grounds were in mint shape and pool and dock appeared brand new. Each night we made our way down to the dock and Corona -Toasted the spectacular Ocean view Sunset then woke up early and greeted the Sunrise with a sip of Joe. I kid you not, Post Card views! You're far enough from Key West to avoid all the traffic and crowds yet close enough to get there with a 25min drive. Pretty sure most of the vacation rentals were occupied, as most had cars in the driveway. That said, you''d never know it, was very quiet and most of the time we felt like the only ones there. Their were 2-3 families with little ones and they filled the pool pretty fast, we simply avoided "Pool Prime Time" and keep busy with the Kayaks and Bridge fishing. We didn't have a boat but saw one family bring one and another rent one from the local Cudjoe Garden Marina. The Docks had everything you need to spend the day on the water. The days we were there (Feb 19-23) the wind and waves were a little out of my comfort zone so rather then rent a boat we spent a ton of time fishing off the local Cudjoe Bridge. We could've easily prepared and eaten our meals at the house but opted to help the local economy (and avoid vacation dishes). "Mangrove Mama's" Lobster Ruben is a must try! "Coco's Kitchen" makes the most authentic Cuban Sandwich you'll find in the Keys. (and super cheap!). "Slice of Paradise" (Delivery) was blah... Pizzaworks (Delivery) was amazing! If you wanted to drop a few hundred dollars on Fine Dining, "Square Grouper" looked great. They don't take reservations and you'll likely wait for a table. (It was always crowded outside). We didn't eat there and instead doubled downed on Lobster Rubens! I can't say enough about the locals in the Keys. Despite the devastating smack-down IRMA laid on them only 6 months ago, they always went out of their way to ensure you were making the most out of your time in the Keys. A massive amount of work has gone into restoring the Natural beauty of the Keys and my hat goes off to them for pulling it off so quickly. That said, if you drive over to some of the back-road neighborhoods on Big Pine Key, you'll see the true destruction and chaos IRMA inflicted on local folks. Our hearts go out to the families who lost their homes and we're pulling for you to get back on your feet.

Everything as listed,,was a beautiful property in a beautiful area.

We took full advantage of the bikes and the kayaks, there’s a bike path on the other side of the highway that is hidden from the road that went both ways.Went down to the dock area in the middle of a clear night and watched the stars meet the ocean. Short 30 minute ride to key west. Wish we had more time to explore!

Annual family vacation

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Most everything we needed was there and what wasn’t we went to the store less than 8 miles away! When we come back to the Keys this will be my first choice of places to stay!

All 3 generations enjoyed the property

The home was great! Lots of things to do and it’s so nice to use the kayaks or snorkel gear without having to rent or travel on the plane with any extra fun stuff ~ it was already there! Same with the crib! The host gave excellent communication before, during, and after the stay! Love the proactiveness. 5 STARS!

Beautiful Place On The Water!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Beach Resort in Cudjoe Key! The condo is beautiful and just steps away to the ocean and pool. John was the perfect host and provided lots of amenities inside and outside (including kayaks and bikes). Loved that it was close enough for day trips to Key West, or just relaxing at the condo. Highly recommend!!

Great home and location!

Home was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 5. We really appreciated the thorough email before we arrived with information and tips for our stay. We were lucky enough to meet John right after checking in and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations as well. The home had supplies, dishes, etc that made the stay very convenient and the location was fantastic. We loved being within a fairly short drive of tourist locations like Key West and Bahia Honda State park without being in a congested area. Our family loved this vacation and will definitely be back!

Perfect location and property

Traveled to Cudjoe at the end of May for the sole purpose of fishing with a couple family members for a week. The home, however, was perfect for much more. While the marine amenities were fantastic for our needs, the property would also be excellent for a family with small children or a group of friends who wanted to do more than just be on the water all day. Also big thanks to John for being an excellent and responsive host! We will definitely be back.

Sunrise Beach is always a quiet place to relax. With nearby dive companies, or your own boat, you can explore some of the most beautiful reefs in the Keys just a few miles off shore. Nearby Key West (17 miles) is always a fun trip for a wide variety of food and entertainment. However, three of my top five favorite restaurants anywhere in the keys are less than 5 miles away. You will be staying in one of eleven stilt homes in this secluded gated community.
