Rise And Shine On The Water

Spectacular sunrise view! Room to park one vehicle, but we do have a free overflow lot if needed. Community amenities include tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, heated pool, hot tub, designated swim area, pool table, ping pong, & darts. We provide bedding, towels, pots & pans, GRILL, TV in living room & one bedroom. We will also have boat bumpers installed all along the concrete dock that will accommodate a 40' boat. We offer 100% money back if your rental is in the projection cone of a named hurricane.

Living room has a pull out couch.
We require the main renter to provide their home address, email address, ID, and the names of all other guests that will be staying on the property. Any extra, unlisted guests will forfeit this rental immediately with no money back or deposit returned.

Mitch and Lu were fantastic hosts! Communication was superb, always replying back immediately and helping with the challenges of our itinerary. The property was fantastic, just as described. I highly recommend staying here to ensure your stay is everything you want and thought it should be.

Beautiful Location Ease of Use Amazing Vacation!

I felt confident the location and state of the rental would be amazing, after reading the reviews. I was not wrong. The location on a corner lot on the Atlantic was beautiful. We had so much space, both inside the home (extra room), and out (huge porches and space available under the deck). The home was clean and most everything functioned appropriately (bring your own hair dryer if you use one). Mitch and Lu made the stay so easy! Having registration taken care of at the end of grueling 8hr trip (trailer flat in Miami) was a blessing! Lu was available via the app if I needed anything. Mitch was available for on-site issues. He also provided a contact for a golf cart rental and a spot for parking the trailer (VO has only 12). I am so appreciative of their thoughtfulness and availability! The only thing that would make the property *more* perfect would be beach cruisers (last road, far from pool/store) and a grill. In the absence of the bikes, we did rent a golf cart - which was fine but more spent. In the absence of the grill, we had to fry fish indoors, which I loathe and would never willingly do in another person's home. In short, the Rental was still nothing short of AWESOME (even w/these 2 minor inconveniences). We hope to be back to this unit next year!

Epic stay

I have stayed at Venture Out before. This property was outstanding. Mitch was so accommodating and even when we wanted to rent a boat he recommended that we not at this time due to weather. He was absolutely right as strong winds would have made it a bad experience. When others would be happy to take the money he cared about our safety. The home had stunning views and was super clean and nice Will definitely be returning.

Rise & Shine Getaway

In spite of Hurricane Helene trying to keep us away we persevered and the result was well worth it. This home, and the way it sits on the water, offers privacy, and a spectacular view of the water! We had everything we needed with this VRBO!

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful stay at this property. As Venture Out units go, its first class. Rented just outside of Lobster Season opening madness and had a very relaxing week. Property is nicely decorated, and furnishings are comfortable. Boat dock is spacious and in great shape. Already planning a return trip next year . Boat dock is in great shape and very spacious.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Great location. The view is priceless. To have a view of the ocean right outside your door is so worth booking this home. Our host, Mitch was so kind and attentive to all our needs. We would come back to this location in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay at this beautiful home

This home was truly a beautiful place to stay. It was well equipped with everything you would need to have during your stay. It was very clean. The deck area was awesome! The view of the water from the deck was calming and inviting. My friends and I would sit on the deck drinking coffee in the morning enjoying the warm breeze, and in the afternoons, if we were home, we'd have appetizers and cocktails out there as well. Every room had a ceiling fan, and the A/C worked perfectly. If you have trouble climbing steps, this is not the place for you. It is a 2nd floor residence. The pool on the property is a good sized one, very nice and clean. The water was always a good temperature, not freezing like some pools can be. A few feet away was a general store that had many food and drink items in addition to supplies that you could purchase incase you forgot something or didn't feel like running out to a larger store. There were prepackaged sandwiches available as well as lunch meat etc.. Very convenient. Mitch was very responsive with any questions we had. There is a book supplied with restaurant recommendations and of course other information that is helpful. Try the Galley Grill, it's a hidden gem. If you're a coffee drinker, you'll love the Cordadito they serve. It's delicious! I highly recommend this wonderful home and if I ever come back to the Keys for a visit, I would love to rent this place again. Thanks Mitch, you have a beautiful place!

Lovely rental for boating

Rented over a long weekend. Perfect location, diving the boat right outside of the property made boating/fishing every day a breeze. Mitch was communicative and responsive. Would book again and also recommend to anyone who wants to be right on the water!

Beautiful location!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable beds! Excellent location and we even were able to snorkel with manatees from our dock! Mitch was a very responsive host and helped us rent a pontoon boat for part of our stay ! We hosted an Easter dinner with the large tables available and everyone enjoyed spectacular views!

Waterfront Sunrises in Cudjoe Key

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit has a fantastic location - expansive waterfront and easy drive to Key West! The listing description is very accurate. The gated community had many amenities with friendly staff and neighbors. We stayed in February and enjoyed very mild weather. The unit was clean and in good repair. Mitch made check-in & out very easy. He was easy to reach and deal with.
