We loved our stay! The accommodations were clean, spacious beautifully decorated. We were right in the heart of town walking to shopping and eating. The Bearskin trail was a block a way for biking. We will be back!

Perfect Place in Minocqua

Location was great, close to restaurants bike trail, and shopping. Very clean and comfortable, impressed with your decorator! Thank you for making our stay in Minocqua memorable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great location in downtown

We really enjoyed our stay at this 1-bedroom rental in downtown Minocqua. The location couldn’t have been better — it was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and everything the downtown area has to offer. The space itself had a warm, cozy feel and was well-appointed for a comfortable stay.The only downside was the noise from neighbors — they were up late and also early risers, which made it a bit tough to get a full night’s sleep. Of course, that’s not something the owner can control, but it’s worth noting for light sleepers or anyone for whom rest is a top priority.Overall, a great spot for convenience and charm. We’d definitely consider staying again, especially for the unbeatable location!

Amazing Location & Great Hosts

The location of this VRBO is incredible! Right on main st and very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops & stores. Very close to the Bearskin Trail for walking and heading to the water. The hosts were very communicative and helpful with our stay & local recommendations. I hope to stay here again next time!

LOCATION LOCATION

What a great location, in the heart of town! New, clean and well set up. I would stay again. If I had any issue, it would be lack of counter space in bathroom for toiletries put some shelves, or a rack over the toilet... otherwise it was a great place for sure!

Great location!

This was the perfect little place for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was super clean, and the location was great. We just had to walk downstairs, and we were on the Main Street filled with fun shops and restaurants! It rained all weekend, but the location made it easy to walk out and explore a bit when there were little breaks in the precipitation. We would definitely rent again!

cute but noisy

We spent 2 nights in this apartment. The space is cute but small. The bathroom has no counter space to put your toiletries and the water pressure is low. The toilet needed to be flushed twice for a good result. There was also hair around the bathroom that was definitely not ours. The location was both good and bad. It was good because you were right downtown, near shops, restaurants and the lake. It was bad because the building is on a corner with a traffic light so there was a lot of noise. Unfortunately for us, there was a motorcycle rally on the weekend so we heard lots of loud music and motors. Minocqua itself is a cute tourist town but most shops are closed on Sunday. I must mention that this apartment is on the second floor with no elevator so it is not for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, our stay was satisfactory except for the bathroom issues. The apartment was well equiped and we had plenty of towels.

Good first experience

First time using vrbo. Easy process. Apartment was clean and well decorated. Wouldve liked a broom and dust pan just to stay on top of things. Probably wouldnt stay with our 4.5 year old again but kind of knew that going into it. Very nice for a couple though.

Downtown

The place was very clean and well stocked with needed items. We were aware it would have some noise as it is right downtown however you could hear "loud and clear" all the conversations occuring in units next door. When people would walk by outside you could hear them like they were standing right in the bedroom with you. Parking was tight for our pickup truck so we opted to park on road and there is no good place to park your boat while on trailer. For a couples get away and the price I would not stay here again as it was just too noise to relax and enjoy our time alone. We love Minocqua and will continue to look for alternate options in the area. We have enjoyed many other locations on the island.

Great spot.

Very nice rental. Close to everything in walking distance. The unit is a bit noisy from within and outside street noise. Would consider returning to this rental again.

Clean, Convenient, Secure, Comfortable

The unit was beautiful, obviously recently remodeled, and extremely clean and comfortable. Right downtown, walking distance to anything you would want in Minocqua. Management always responded quickly to questions and messages. My only recommendation is a few more "tools" in the kitchen, such as a toaster, baking sheet, hot pads. We just drove 1/4 mile up the road to the Dollar Store and bought the few things we needed. Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful downtown condo!

This is our first time VRBO experience for my wife and me, and it will not be our last. This one-bedroom condo definitely exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, decor and location were perfect for us. Would recommend this property and would stay here again!
