Georgetown is truly one of the last artsy, funky neighborhoods left in Seattle - you will be a five minute walk from the many restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms & more in the "downtown" Georgetown neighborhood. It's also kid friendly as you will see many families out and pushing strollers around.
The neighborhood is located a few miles south of the downtown Seattle core.
This is a completely private space - this is not shared. It is the bottom floor of a duplex with completely separate entrance. You have your own parking space, and the property is a mini park-like setting.
You have use of the entire space! Also feel free to use and hang out in the yard.
NOTE: This unit is pet friendly BUT I only allow dogs, and one pet only - if your situation is different, please ask before booking. I really appreciate it!

This location has AMAZING access to both main highways running north and south through Seattle - you can be on highway 99 or 5 typically in less than 2 min, but you wouldn't really know you are that close! No cats - and please only one dog allowed per stay. NO SMOKING inside of any kind - if we find evidence of smoking in the house you will be subject to a $250 fine. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM

The house was spacious and clean. However the location and community left a lot to be desired. In spite of it’s appearance the community was not unsafe during our stay.

Great Family Retreat
Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath updated apartment. We loved the location close to All City Coffee, breweries, restaurants. Be prepared for upstairs footsteps and airplanes flying overhead so quiet it isn't but the location worked for our family. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the Seattle summer.
Easy 6-10 minute Uber ride to Lumen Field and downtown. Suite is nicely appointed. Ryan was extremely responsive and helpful. Check in was simple and very easy.
This place was very clean and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and there was a well stocked kitchen. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations! The only complaint was the upstairs neighbors were very loud late into the night on the weekend, but ZERO noise was heard during the week.
This property worked well for me, my wife, and 3 children. It's in a great area and we walked to dinner a couple nights and walked to get coffee every morning. We chose to stay outside of downtown as we felt safer. We never had any issues getting a ride share and they alway arrived in 3-5 minutes. Overall would recommend.
Condo is very clean and looks just like the photos. Stayed there a week and enjoyed several great restaurants in Georgetown. Rideshares were available in a minute to take you anywhere around Seattle. There are a few steps down to the front door which do not have a handrail that are a little difficult with luggage. Still would definitely stay there again.
