Exactly as advertised

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The host communicated in a timely fashion and everything was as advertised. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future when we come to town to bike.

Lovely Stay

House was very cozy. The master bed was the most comfortable mattress at any rental I’ve stayed at. We enjoyed hanging in the living room and playing cards!

Hidden Gem

This was my first time renting through this app and I must say I was not disappointed! Everything was perfect and although I wasn't able to communicate with the owner through the app (due to technical difficulties from the app) I appreciate the communication I received from the owner leading up to the actual rental dates.

Super Convenient!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We were within minutes of everything we wanted to do and we did a lot! Our host was great and communicated well with us. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The mattress in the primary suite was probably the most comfortable one I’ve slept on in a vacation rental!

6 min to everything Bentonville

We were on Bentonville for a wedding at Crystal Bridges with several events "downtown ", including mountain biking. Everything was less than 10 linutes away. This home had everything we needed in a quiet neighborhood. Tony was very attentive to our messages. A great stay!

Week Trip to Bentonville

Tony was a good host and very good at timely communication throughout our stay. The pictures were accurate and the location is great. It’s easy to bike out from the property onto the bike trails in Bentonville. One concern about the VRBO after our stay is how deeply it is cleaned between guests. We found a couple dead bugs around the place that we threw away and the couch had some residual food crumbs in it and under it that our baby found while crawling around. We also found a trail of ants in the kitchen that would have been noticed if the house had been looked over shortly before our arrival. Tony assured us the house is treated regularly for bugs so we hope that is not a persistent issue for this property.

Perfect for our MTB vacay

This home was so nicely appointed. Finishes were so nice and new. Location was perfect for all of our biking adventures. Downtown, Coler, and Slaughter Pen are so close. My son even biked from the house to the back 40. It’s truly bike in and out. The 2 car garage was perfect for bikes and gear. The kitchen is beautiful and perfect for whipping up a meal after a day on the trails. And living area was great for relaxing with some Netflix while getting the laundry done for the next day’s adventure . This was the most STOCKED vacation rental we’ve ever been in. Between the most amazing trails in Bentonville and this amazing rental, our vacation literally couldn’t have been any more perfect!
