Welcome to our 3rd-Floor Luxury Apartment in Murray Hill/East Flushing, Queens. Offering a family-friendly environment with 3-4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Complete with access to a gated outdoor kitchen patio with a BBQ grill, pizza oven, and outdoor dining. The building also features a 1500sqft Rooftop Terrace. Our apartment is ideal for 4-6 persons and can accommodate up to 8-10 people.

- The 1st bedroom features a luxury King-size memory foam bed, a folding study table, a chair, a 4K Smart TV, and a wardrobe. The bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a rainfall spa shower system and a smart bidet toilet.
- The 2nd bedroom has a luxury queen-size memory foam bed and a twin trundle memory foam bed, a study table, a chair, a 4K Smart TV, and a wardrobe. The bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a rainfall spa shower system and a smart bidet toilet.

Our location benefits from excellent transportation links, with a 24-hour city bus stop located right next to the building, offering frequent services and just 0.5 miles from The Long Island Railroad Murray Hill Station and just 1.1 miles or a 7-minute bus ride to the Flushing Subway Station. 15-35 minutes by train or subway from Flushing to reach Manhattan's Grand Central Station, Penn Station, Times Square, or Central Park.
The property is nestled in a serene neighborhood, just a short walk from the beautiful 235-acre Kissena Park. The park boasts a lake, golf courses, cycling tracks, and several tennis courts.
Flushing, the largest Chinatown in the US, is home to many 24-hour Korean restaurants and the largest Indian temple.
