Hermoso apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños ubicado en el centro de Manhattan. Ubicado entre 1ra y 2da avenida. Conserje y portero las 24 horas en todo momento. Una lavadora y secadora están en el condominio. A poca distancia del metro y todo lo que Midtown tiene para ofrecer. Además, a poca distancia de la ONU. Maravillosos restaurantes y espectáculos de Broadway a pocos pasos de distancia. Perfecto para un fin de semana largo o una estadía prolongada para obtener todos los lugares de interés de Manhattan. Suelos de mármol y escalera de caracol a las habitaciones de arriba. Excelente ubicación y excelente escapada de fin de semana. Hermosas vistas de la ciudad desde el balcón. Un paseo muy corto a Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral y Saks Fifth Avenue. Le encantará la ubicación y el edificio con un maravilloso conserje y porteros en todo momento.

Great stay!

I was in town for a major surgery and needed a place nearby the hospital to recover with my husband and mom. Eileen and Sophie made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable during our entire stay! They were wonderful hosts!

Spacious! Clean! Great Location!

Enjoyed our stay in New York and absolutely loved staying at this location! Great restaurants all around you! Short walk to Rockefeller center and all the shopping you could imagine! Host were amazing. Doormen were incredibly accommodating! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Great place to stay in New York!

We had the best time in this apartment in New York. It is beautifully designed and has all the comforts of home. Even a balcony overlooking the streets of New York ! Eileen was very attentive and checked in to make sure we doing okay. Can't wait to come back and stay here.

Great NY condo, great owner!

This is the way to stay in NY, away from Times Square in a fully equipped condo yet close enough for a quick ride over. The owners are the most hospitable and welcoming, and are there for you if you need anything. The door guys are super helpful and friendly as well. You will feel like it's home away from home. We're looking forward to our next trip!

Wonderful Apartment

We are in New York every Dec and have never had a better experience. The apartment is large, beautifully decorated, great kitchen and very comfortable. Eileen is very attentive as are all the people working at the building. A wonderful experience.

Home away from home

We had a great stay at this spacious apartment on East 49th Street. It felt like home and was a great base for our stay. Lot’s of extra touches with food and beverages. Complete kitchen for cooking in and convenient neighborhood shopping and restaurants. Very clean. Highly recommended! Hope to return.

Great living space and the balcony was a terrific added feature

Eileen was wonderful to deal with and responded to inquiries right away. We were so close to everything and walked everywhere. We lucked out with lovely weather so sitting on the balcony in the evening was a bonus. I would definitely recommend anyone stay in their home. We felt safe and secure with the doorman and really lacked for nothing!

Great apartment in a great location!

We had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful mid-town NYC apartment this summer. We loved the location (within walking distance of just about everything) and surrounded by dozens of great restaurants. Our hosts were wonderful and truly made us feel welcome and at home. The location is in a modern building with doormen, a gym, air conditioning, and all the modern amenities you would expect. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone planning to spend time in NYC.

New York at it's Finest!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Within walking distance to everything, the house was clean and perfect for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked, including water and other goodies. The doorman were beyond nice with lots of suggestions on what to see and where to go. Perfect location - and wonderful apartment

We stayed here with some friends while celebrating my husband's birthday. Everything about our experience was wonderful. We loved how easy it was to explore the neighborhood on foot and were in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The main living areas of the apartment were spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Eileen was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to stay here again. We arrived after traveling for 2 weeks. Eileen made everything so easy for us. This place is ideal for anyone wanting to see the sights of New York. Centrally located to most everything and just one block away from restaurants serving any type of food you want. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. There's a nice balcony off the living room where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. We were made to feel welcome by everyone, from the owner to the doorman. What a great place to stay.

Bringing my mother to NYC from Germany for the first time was a bit scary as she is 76. However, this wonderful apartment made all the difference. Its in a great location, great space (especially for New York) and the building staff is marvelous. The owners left us directions and suggestions and everything went off without a hitch. You will most definitely enjoy your stay in this apartment and Eileen & Sophia are just great. Never out of reach if there is a question. PS: Also very reasonably priced!!

Weekend in NYC

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a weekend in the city. It was in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The apartment was spacious , clean , comfortable and having a large balcony was a plus. Enjoyed having a glass of wine on it as we had fabulous weather during our stay. The building was great and the Doorman Tony was very friendly and accommodating, and had a great personality! Eileen responded quickly to our reservation request and met our every need or question. I would definitely stay in this apartment again when we return to the city! Thanks Eileen for providing us with your wonderful rental.

As always-just fabulous

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and its owners. This was my second stay with them and I am sure it won't be my last. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and has easy access to the entire city. All the conveniences are close by; grocery, restaurants, drug store etc. The staff in the building is friendly and remembered us from our December visit. The owners think of just about everything that you would need and supply much more than most. They have done some great updates to the apartment recently making it more fab than it already was. I would definitely stay here again..and recommend to all of my family and friends..

Everything about this apartment is perfect...The decor is just beautiful... the beds are so comfortable...the kitchen has everything you’d need and more... We were greeted with a fine bottle of wine and decadent chocolates...Everyone down to the doorman were very welcoming... greeting us coming and going... Although Eileen was out of the country she made it a point to check on us more than once... Love love love this place... Also have to mention location...just a few minutes of walking and you are in Time Square...so convienent to everything... My only regret is that I didn’t have the privilege of meeting Eileen and Soph...I know they are amazing people... They really take care of assuring your stay is wonderful... Thanks Eileen and Soph... till next time❤️

Great Apartment Great Location!

We had a great time at Eileen's apartment. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Eileen is super responsible and helpful. Everything was as she said it would be and she checked on us prior to arrival and a couple of times during our stay. Subways and midtown attractions are an easy walk. The only things you may want to know about the space are 1) It appears to have a resident. Not an issue, just a new experience for us. We've only stayed in VRBO vacation homes before. 2) The second bedroom is only separated by a row of vertical blinds. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be for a different group. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment and will stay there again if I have the chance. Thanks Eileen! Drew T

wonderful

So.. Eileen and Sophie meant it when hey say ‘make yourself at home’. I have stayed in numerous pricey Air BnBs and the owners tend to be lunatics with cameras, automatic alert systems that go straight to their phone and 1000 different rules. This place was just as nice as the other places I have stayed but I felt at home and not like I was walking on egg shells. I went my my parents (65yrs old) and my sister who is 30. The apartment is older but has great upgrades- ohhhh the kitchen! And it quite comfortable. We are used to a lot of space, so the 2nd bedroom and bath was a little bit cramped but it was still perfect for anything else in NYC. The balcony is massive and great for breakfast and pre dinner appys and drinks. Thank you so much to Eileen and Sophie who were prompt in answering our questions and who just the most lovely people to rent from. I would go back in a heartbeat!

An Oasis in the middle of a busy, vibrant city!

I can't even begin to describe how perfect this home was for our stay in NYC. First of all, you couldn't ask for more attentive hosts than Eileen and Sophie. They are gracious and always responsive to questions or concerns. Second, the location of the apartment is perfect, and within walking distance to many iconic landmarks, in NY. The kitchen is new, and well-equipped. There is a Keurig coffee machine, and our hosts provide an assortment of coffees for our use. There was even a bottle of wine & chocolates sitting on the dining room table! There is a building concierge on-duty 24/7, and all of the staff were helpful and courteous. The apartment is unusually spacious, with a large open living area on the 1st floor and two master bedroom suites, on the 2nd. The washing machine & dryer were a plus, but the piece de resistance was the terrace off the living area. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning, and a glass of wine each evening, sitting at the table on the terrace. The street is tree-lined and quiet. All in all, a perfect stay. Many thanks to Eileen and Sophie. You are the best!

Beautifully decorated and perfect location on the east side quiet neighborhood.

Eileen and Sophie greeted us upon arrival to this beautifully decorated 2 story condo near the East River in quiet Turtle Bay. They make you feel like you are a guest in their home. Eileen's stories of her 25 years as a Radio City Rockette left me wanting for more. The balcony was well used with evening cocktails and city views. The tree lined street with easy access to local restaurants and shops were a bonus. The newly renovated kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and fully equipped for every need (even the bar). The spiral staircase adds charm to the condo and the doorman even welcomes you home each evening like a true New Yorker! The 20 min walking distance to the theatre district and Central Park was nice. Eileen and Sophie gave us the best recommendations for dinner and discounted shows. We fully enjoyed our New York experience with our 2 daughters seeing 3 shows, 2 museums, 1 art gallery, Central Park and the best restaurants on the planet. We have been to NYC over a dozen times but will never stay in a hotel again. Eileen's town home will always be our home away from home for any future visits to the Big Apple. Thank you both for making our graduation and birthday celebration special for our girls special! I consider you both my new friends and we will be definitely back!

The treasure of NY

We lived in this magnific apartment at Turtle Bay for more than 2 months. My family and me (two adults and two children) were welcomed even before the begin of our stay, with prompt, accurate and helpful replies to any of our questions and worries about running a daily life, that is, taking kids to school, grocery shopping, cooking, laundering etc. The arrival itself was lovely: Sophie and Eiilin left the apartment shining and tidy for us. They were so kind to fix a pizza waiting for us. Sophie explained everything about the apartment (appliances, lights etc.) and the building (trash disposal etc). The apartment’s location is amazing, with a 24/7 supermarket around the corner, great restaurants, lots of NYC’s landmarks at walking distance (the UN, Roosevelt Island, Grand Central Station, New York Public Library and Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Central Park). And it is just a few blocks from trains 6 (51st St. with Lexington Ave), E and M (53rd St. with 3rd Ave). There is also a Trader Joe’s and a TJ Max nearby (both at 59th St. with 1st Ave) for budget groceries and everyday shopping needs. The 6 train service is a fast link to the Mont Sinai Hospital at Madison Ave with 98th St., which helped us deal with my 6 year old son arm fracture. The apartment itself has a wonderful energy, it is beautiful and well equipped with everything that you need for a comfort life, including a washing machine and dryer inside, which is particularly handy. In the morning you have a beautiful sunshine going through the window and at night we have a moonlight in the apartment. The felling is just amazing. The building has a full-time concierge and doorman that are very polite and helpful. I can say that me and my family had the most wonderful time of our lives in this place. The welcoming and caring of Eiilin and Sophie made us want to live here for the rest of our lives.

I was a Rockette for 25 years until I joined the management team in 1996.I purchased this beautiful duplex apt in 1999. The1,400 sq feet space is awesome and I have loved the building and our staff. You will not be disappointed with vacationing in my home
