Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Sunny and beautiful remodeled home on a quiet friendly neighborhood near Evergreen. With new vinyl flooring, new dual pane windows and recessed lights throughout the house. Upgrade bathrooms, Backyard with mature fruit trees which makes it perfect for entertaining . Close distance to San Jose airport ( 10 minutes ), near freeway 680, 280, 101, shopping center, and restaurants.
This is a bedroom in a shared house. Kitchen, bathroom and living room will be shared with other guests.
We have security cameras outside the house (driveway, front door, back door).

Just fine but suggestion is that the bed is a little uncomfortable I sleep ok but it's too soft.

Property was clean and well kept. setup of room is very convenient. Property manger was very helpful and available the whole time.
