Our host was excellent and very helpful in offering suggestions about the neighborhood. The apartment is in excellent condition and well stocked with kitchen ware, soaps, towels and extra bedding. Lu'o'ng's apartment is in an excellent location, close to good dining, great grocery stores, hiking, and shopping either at the mall or Almaden Plaza. We love this place

The property is very clean and is in excellent condition. The owner was also extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had some internet issues but they were quick to assist and resolved everything promptly. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

A lovely stay

The property was very clean and in a convenient location. We would stay there again and San Jose is a pretty city. The owner was very helpful with telling us where we need to go and what we need to see.

Very nice stay in San Jose

Perfect stay for a good price, will be back for certain. Note to owner, the word luxury is a bit misleading, a really quite neighborhood and a very clean and wonderful place, we loved it, but people might be taken aback since it’s not a “luxury” condo or area.

Perfect spot

Really enjoyed the apartment! My son and I came to San Jose for an inline hockey tournament and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Quite at night, good privacy, but centrally located as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great home base

We were in town for my mother’s birthday and it was a great home base in between all the family events. Good location, quiet and comfortable stay, and we tried the host’s recommendations for pho (pho y 1) and malibu grill and bbq next door and loved it.

We had a great time at this property. Was in town for work meetings, and it served all of my needs. Very clean and comfortable. Had one issue, but the host was very responsive and, together, we found a solution. Have no problem recommending this place and staying here again.

Great place to stay in South San Jose

Great little place to stay with my small family! Clean, cozy, great location with easy access to 85. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Everything we want in a vacation rental! We hope to stay again when we come back.

The "Luxury" stay was not luxurious at all. It was nice, quite and had what we needed. But far from luxury. Only one towel per person, no wash cloth, just a hand towel. Cover on the couch has some animal hair on it. The bedding was very much a thrift store find and smelled. A box of random silverware was in the drawer. Water would take for ever to get hot, if at all. Host was accusatory that I didn't know how to turn on the hot water and still didn't believe me after we complained twice that we did not have hot water. Don't know what to say, there was no hot water several times. Host asked my why other unites didn't have an issue. How would I know, didn't have access to others. Parking was not appropriate for a large pickup truck and no other space was available. Will know to look for that issue in future stays elsewhere. All in all it met our immediate needs, but will not leave a good review. The place was defiantly worse than a one star hotel.

Gail came in super late and complained about not having hot water. We called the other tenants and was told they all have hot water. After she left, we went in to inspect. We got hot water within TWO SECONDS without any problem. As for the other issues, she did not address any of it to us when she was there. So why make a big stink of it now? The silverware is neatly organized and enough for five people. Regarding towels, each guest receives one bath towel and hand towel. If they want more or anything else, they should ask but Gail didn't ask. Regarding parking, the carport is big enough for even large pickup trucks. There is also plenty of safe street parking as well. Again, she never talked to us about this. This person is nothing but trouble and will NOT be welcomed in any of our five homes.

Come and enjoy your newly remodeled place in southern San Jose. Your place for four guests who will have full access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom is perfect for the adventure seeker or business executive.

Your bedrooms are elegantly decorated like a Five-Star Hotel complete with color TV, quiet central HVAC, ritzy furniture, a classy bed, iron and ironing board. We also provide an office desk for work in the living room.

Guests can use the on-site coin-operated laundry room for washing and drying.

Two parking spaces are available for guests. One is located in front of the premise and another is in the carport. If more spaces are needed, parking on the safe streets is an option.

If you need anything, please feel free to contact us on the AirBnB system. As your hosts, we are happy and honored to serve you!

The patio area is highly encouraged for viewing the majestic Santa Cruz mountains. We have provided patio chairs and table for your use. Please put them back in the apartment when you are done.

Make sure to check out the various parks, reservoirs and lakes that we mentioned for hiking, biking, camping and fishing.
