The space
The place (2nd floor with own entrance) has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with double sinks. Each bedroom comes with a queen size bed with supportive pillows. In the living room area, there is a 70” wall hanged TV (Netflix only) and two sofa, extra set of comforters and pillows are available in the bedroom closet if needed. The kitchen is equipped with family size refrigerator, range, cooktop, microwave, wall oven and dishwasher. Some basic cooking essentials will also be provided. The two full bathrooms come with double sinks, yes it is double sink (one is nice but why not having two?), wall hanged brand name toilet and large LED mirrors in each bathroom. Master bathroom comes with rainfall shower. Toilettes such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer will be provided. Extra trash bags will also be provided in kitchen cabinet under the oven. Complimentary coffee.
Guest access
Please only get access to the main entrance from the Mahogany entrance door. No access to garage or backyard. Self Check-in. You will receive a courtesy check in and check out instructions via messaging a day prior the check-in/check out day
Other things to note
- Check in time: 3pm or after (self check in)
- Check out Time: 11am or before (Please be prompt)
- You will have your own separate entrance.
- Please read House Manual before arrival
- Please do not relocate Furnitures
- Free public street parking. If you have a car, please do not park/block the driveway. Our cars will be in and out.
-After you park you car, please make sure you turn your vehicle wheels same as other cars on your side to comply local law
-Weekly Street cleaning Schedule: Every Tuesday morning 7am - 9am (our side) AND every Monday 12 noon-2pm across our street. Please be mindful not to park during these time frames or a ticket may be issued by the City of Daly City. Please be prepared to park further especially Monday night.
- Please expect to hear airplane flying occasionally. We are only about 15 mins away from San Francisco International airport.
- No pets, No drugs, No marijuana
- No smoking inside the house
- No parties and events
- Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am.
- Please kindly practice good bathroom etiquette to avoid plumbing issues.
-No access to backyard, side door and garage. Please do not attempt to open. We live in the suite downstairs with our pup. Backyard is not opened to public. If you are looking for backyard or garage, this place will not be your best fit.
- Please expect some noises from downstairs. We had installed resilient channels for soundproof; however, it may not eliminate all the noises like commercial. We greatly appreciate your considerations and respects.
