Brand new waterfront, family friendly lake house.

Beautiful, brand new (October 2022) home right on the lake across from a great marina. If there is a happening place in Conroe, this Marina would be the place. Guests could easily boat or kayak to dinner and/or shopping. We provide two kayaks and one paddle board for your use. Our home is 3 stories with 5 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- sleeping 12. We have a private boat dock and lift for a vhull boat and a jet ski, two balconies and a patio. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors so stairs are required. We’ve set up a couple of different work areas for those of you that can’t completely break away from the grind. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. We have a large game room fully equipped with pool table, lots of games, karaoke and a Wii U. We’ve truly tried to provide our guests with anything they could possibly need. We hope above all, that our guests notice that we tried to make our place a home away from home. We are a single family home but still close to our neighbors. We therefore, need to be respectful of both privacy and noise. If you are looking for a place to “party it up” we are probably not your place! We love families, girls weekends, guys weekends, fishing trips, etc. We don’t love events and parties. Our home is protected by outside cameras for your safety and our peace of mind. Absolutely Amazing! Gorgeous house; clean, roomy, and very well equipped. The host was over-the-top attentive. She responded kindly and fully to every message within minutes. Our guests had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding in the lake, and the kitchen island was big enough to easily set out a full meal to all 12 guests. I would highly recommend this VRBO 3

House is well appointed. We had 3 familes with 2 small children. Everyone had enough room. Many amenities provided. Kayaks, boards, and chairs. They even had rice krispie treats for us. One 4 year old slept on all the bunk beds. Instructions were very clear. One thing, they had cute magnets with voice comments around the house, we had to wait for the DIL to show up with the iphone to hear them. We have androids. LOL

Awesome lake house!

We all loved everything about this house! Very spacious and clean. The hosts thought of everything from chargers next to your beside and personalized cookies left for us for the occasion. We’re hoping to make a trip back just to stay here and enjoy the lake some more.

Wonderful Home

This is the best VRBO rental experience I have had to date. The house is amazing, just like the photos. It was clean and had every amenity we needed - even more, as Stacy left a delicious assortment of baked goods on the counter as a welcome. She had very clear instructions on how to use everything. I only wish we could have brought our boat - but this trip was for my daughter’s wedding and we didn’t have time for boating. Next time! Thank you so much, Stacy.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying and again very pleased with the cleanliness and ample space. Be prepared for stairs but each level is laid out perfectly for a large group or family. We had 7 adults and everyone had enough space. We will be back next year !!!!

All around wonderful!

We had an amazing stay! House is as pictured- but even better, if that’s possible! Incredibly clean and very well stocked. So many thoughtful touches throughout. Our hosts thought of everything! We had 10 adults and 2 babies and had more than enough room. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you for hosting us.

Dads Memorial

We were there for my Dads Memorial Service. It was a wonderful place to rest and be together with family. The house is wonderful and incredibly well equipped. Super clean and easy to access. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

Another Great Stay!!

We were so happy to return for our second visit. The home comfortably accommodated our entire family, and the stunning views never get old. This place continues to exceed our expectations. So much so, that I am planning another weekend for my dads retirement soon. We also couldnt ask for a better host than Stacy, she is incredibly welcoming and helpful! If you cant decide on a vacation home, this is definitely a home that wont disappoint :)

Exceptional House and Host

I can't say enough good things about Stacy and this property. The house looks and feels like a high end resort. When we arrived, the house was already cooled off, fun music was playing and fresh cookies were waiting for us on the massive kitchen island. As we walked the house you could tell someone put a ton of thought into things that would make your stay more enjoyable from bug zappers on every patio (ended up buying some myself because they worked so well), kayaks, a paddle board, fully stocked game closet in the huge game room with the pool table, numerous phone chargers, extra trash bags, the list goes on and on. We had a crew of 12 and it was more than enough space. The fact that you are on the corner lot means there is a ton of space to swim right next to the dock without being in the way of boat/jet ski traffic plus you're a very short drive (or boat ride) to plenty of restaurants. Stacy was very accommodating from check in to checkout and very punctual with communication. We look forward to our next visit!

Great for large groups

Amazing home right on the lake with so many amenities! I have never stayed in such a well stocked rental home. The owner has added many touches that go above and beyond: from the makeup wipes in all bathrooms to a wonderful game and toy closet that is full of games and kid toys to outdoor activity items.. I could go on and on. Do yourselves a favor and stay here!

Beautiful Spacious Townhouse

The townhouse is extremely comfortable, 3 stories so if you have trouble climbing stairs this a no go since all bedrooms are upstairs. Other than that, this place is gorgeous and well appointed. You have access to the lake from the backyard unfortunately it was cold during our stay, and we did not sit outside to enjoy the view. Nearby, you have several restaurants, shops, and lots of donut’s stores, lol. I would definitely rent this location in the future.

We saw a home named Sans Souci while walking through the Cotswalds in England and new we had to name our lake house the same.
We hope our guests can come, leave their worries behind and relax and enjoy!

Our town home is very roomy! Good size bedrooms, living area and large game room. We've gone with king sized beds in 3 of the 5 rooms for your comfort.
Our location is prime! Easily boat or even kayak across the lake to dine out or shop.
Sit on one of the two balconies at night to listen to the live music coming from across the lake.

Have we mentioned the easy proximity to one of the more popular locations in Conroe?
Seriously, great location!
And yet, quiet and somewhat secluded at the same time. The front of the house faces our own little section of woods and if you are lucky, you'll have some deer come visit.
We've really tried our best to stock the home with anything you may need! We hope you enjoy.
