• Guests shall use and maintain the resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other owners or guests. The guest affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
• The guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or resort property during the rental period..
• The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

• Since David Walley's Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, you may politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. However, they do offer rewards for attending, but remember, it is a sales pitch and you will be asked to buy. The staff at the sales center is very nice and if you say no, they will not try to hard sell you.

Note:
I have been a timeshare owner for many years. This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit, so the reservation booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in). Once your request has been accepted, you will check in just like at any hotel.
